Received my first case but was told early on my other one was out of stock. I chose a new one and then was met with MONTHS of silence from their customer service. Still have not received the case I ordered in May, any responding email, or my requested refund. This company is a total waste of time and money as I can see from many others have had the same experience…

Terrible. Ordered a phone case that I requested a refund for. I have send this item back and have since heard nothing from JellyCases, despite numerous emails. I would avoid buying from this company at all costs.

Don’t order from this company! I never received my order and have been waiting 6 months! Scam company. Don’t risk it!

Took my money but I haven’t heard anything regarding shipping and it’s been over 10 days. I even opened a ticket with Jelly Cases to file a complaint and haven’t heard anything. This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. DO NOT ORDER FROM JELLY CASES

Terrible service. Order 2 cases about a month ago with the expected shipping of 7-10 days and still have not received any update other than 'order placed'. I emailed asking for an update and they told me they would check and let me know, has been over a week now and I have not heard back. Had I seen all these reviews prior I would've never ordered in the first place. $40 down the drain.

As others have written. I've waited 2 weeks and my item hasn't even been shipped yet. When i inquired about it, they told me it is already sent to the shipping department and they would update me with a tracking number. They also warned that the shipping could take 25 days on top of that. That was over a week ago, I have received nothing. I have sent a request to cancel my order, I will update how "smooth" that experience goes. I suspect a visit to the bank. Update Oct 3rd Two emails now, no refund. One reply ignoring my refund request asking to confirm my address as my shipment was lost. (Despite never given tracking information in the first place.) Replied to that email with another request to refund payment, haven’t heard back in a week. It’s been a month now since purchase. 2nd Update Nov 2nd- This is the first response I have received from Jellyfish after I asked to cancel my order a month ago and it is through trustpilot. I have emailed both your seller and support emails regarding my case and wishing for it to be cancelled due to lengthy shipments and lack of details. I filed a charge back through my bank and I was refunded on Oct. 27th. I have forwarded you my order number through trust pilot as well so you could cancel the order. I will forward my last email asking for cancellation to your emails again. 3rd Update - Nov 8th I’ve heard nothing back. 4th Update - Dec 6th The merchant is now lying to my bank saying items were sent and delivered. I have not received a delivery and I have tried to cancel this order months ago. I have not received an email back since their reply to this review Nov 2nd. This is the most bizarre and worst customer service dealing I have ever had.

I ordered a case over a month ago. in the meantime my phone unfortunately did drop and crack. I have emailed the company to no avail. This is a SCAM! I will be reporting them.

Ne jamais acheter avec cette compagnie! Ils n’envoient pas le bon article et ne répondent pas ensuite aux courriels pour échange ou remboursement! Je déconseille fortement ces produits
