Not even a star. Bought a case, no shipping date for weeks, some total baloney message after inquiry about delays months later now abd still no case. Do not use this company. It’s a scam. Order 9/15/23. Received a lovely message of apology a week ago but still no shipping date and still no refund. Finally refunded December 2023.

Besteld op 4 september 2023. Ondanks vele mailtjes aan Jellycases zijn de producten nooit geleverd en heb ik mijn geld ook niet terug gekregen. Bedrijf reageert niet op de mailtjes. Nu op advies van de bank melding van fraude gedaan bij de Nederlandse en Duitse politie. Daarnaast heb ik de fraude gemeld bij het European Anti-Fraud Office.

I wish I read these reviews before ordering. I bought a phone case in August. It hasn't been delivered and they will not respond to my emails. Pretty sure they have just taken my money. ***After posting this review, Jelly Cases has refunded my order. Before posting this review I sent them several emails that went unanswered. I'm grateful they refunded my order but I don't believe they would have without a public negative review.

I recently placed an order and I’ve emailed multiple times about the status of my package. I was only answered once, telling me my shipment info would be sent soon. I’ve still not gotten any shipping information and it’s been over a month since I’ve placed the order, and four emails later I’ve received no updates. Im totally convinced they stole my money and I have no expectations that I’ll ever receive the phone cases I ordered or any money back. Edit: They reached out for my information after I posted this and I've still not received any information. Very disappointed with their customer service and I’ve gotten no information on the status of my package.

Terrible! I ordered two cases two months ago and have still received absolutely nothing! I’ve since emailed for a refund and have no absolutely no response!

It’s been over a month have not received and never got tracking number and only one response from themNearly two months and no response from jelly cases it now November 15 no response and never received order and

Placed my order on August 14th. Received no case. Reached out (email, as instructed) to inquire on September 2nd. I got a response as follows : « … it seems your package experienced an unusual delay because of an error from the shipping company. We contacted them and it has been solved. » Still no case. Reached out again October 13th. I haven’t heard a thing. Would not recommend buying from this company! So disappointed :(

Slow delivery (6 weeks), poor support with no ability to do simple things like update the shipping method immediately after placing the order. Two support requests were unanswered, and one was answered with "we're checking with our shipping department and will get back to you", but they didn't get back to us.
