I ordered on July 6th. I didn’t receive tracking information until July 17th after having complained twice. Now it is July 25th, and the tracking still says waiting to be shipped. I have been emailing them and they keep saying it was shipped while I can see that it has not and it has been nearly a month. I am extremely frustrated and do NOT recommend buying from this company. I have requested a refund twice and they just keep saying it’s coming.

Found this site through Instagram, where they have a good number of followers which made me think it was legit. I ordered a phone case on June 26th and it has still not arrived nearly a month later. The last time I got any tracking information was on July 6th, so over two weeks ago, where it claims to somehow still be in China. They also use the site 17Track.net for tracking which apparently is commonly used by scammers. I’m very confused because I can’t find a single thing on the internet that would indicate that this site is a scam, but at this rate it does not seem like my order is ever going to come. IF my phone case is ever received, I’ll update this review but it still won’t be good due to the slow shipping time and lack of updates. Finally received phone case on August 3rd, over a month after ordering it. Case is good quality and really pretty, looks exactly like the picture. Still very disappointed in the lack of shipping updates. I do agree with another reviewer that they must delete negative instagram comments. They really need to work on their communication with customers.
