Terrible experience – do not order from this company!! I ordered from them over 3 weeks ago and paid $18 for express shipping and have still not received my order. I contacted customer service and they said they would "check what was going on" and give me an update – 10 days and several emails later I still have not received an answer/update from them. Absolutely ridiculous.

The company positions its products as premium but the product does not meet expectations. My case is completely broken and arrived much later than stated. I hope to get my money back and would not recommend the company to anyone.

Took weeks to even be shipped and customer service was unhelpful.

I ordered the phone case a month ago. It finally arrived and it is in excellent condition. The customer service personnel that I emailed had been really informative. I wish they would have originally sent an email that there were shipping issues. So I am changing my review from a one star to five stars.

Ordered a Leather Chain Case for my wife's Iphone 14 Pro Max. The item came and was delivered 2 weeks and a day after the item was ordered. The delivered item would not fit my wife's Iphone 14 Pro Max and also the case is flimsy and would not risk using the case for Iphone 14 Pro Max. Informed customer service and they requested pictures. We sent 4 pictures showing the area where the case would not fit and showing my wife's phone with respect to their product. I was pressing for a return and was offered buy one and get 50% off and if i were to return the item, i had to pay $10 more for the cost of the case just to return it. In essence, they was diplomatically saying you can return the case and there would be no refunds. I asked them how they can make it right and followed up giving them a week deadline to provide how they can do right by us and never gotten a response. Also, filed a dispute charge with my credit card company. Please don't buy from them. They don't deserve your business.

Do not buy from this company. Not only did it take over a month to finally receive an email that my order was delayed (go figure?) but once it finally shipped, there was ONE attempt to deliver it to my apartment, which failed. The carrier they use does not have a customer service line, Yin Express, and there was ZERO attempt to redeliver this package. I’ve never needed to be home to sign for things and wasn’t told I would need to be home. Needless to say, I’ve never received my order and we’re going on month #2 now. When I reached out to customer service about this problem, I was asked to confirm my address, which I did, and then never heard back from them after multiple attempts to reach out about a refund. The last time I’ve received an answer was July 28th. I’ve ordered a new phone case from Casely, got to my apartment in two days. My old case was literally broken and my phone suffered damage from waiting for a new one that never came. Shame on this company for the complete scam that they are. *update, I finally received a refund

Update: After 8 disappointing and frustrating months, I finally received a refund for my purchase that I never received. I will never order anything else from Jelly Cases, because I doubt I would receive it. Leaving this review was the catalyst for getting their attention and getting my money back: Jelly Cases is a SCAM! I ordered a phone case for my daughter for Christmas. First they said it got lost in the mail, then they were all out of stock. They offered to replace it with a different style and would send the tracking info the next day. They never sent the case or the tracking information. Then they stopped responding to my emails. I disputed the charge with my bank but Jelly Case told my bank that I had authorized the charge and that they had sent the product. I have spoken to others who have had the same thing happen. Do not give them your money!!

I ordered two cases and both were incorrect - one was supposed to be a bright blue, but what came was a navy case. The other was supposed to be a softer blue and it was grey instead. I emailed and asked for a refund for both, but was told that I was wrong and both cases that were sent were the correct ones. They told me the grey case was just 'mislabeled' and that the other case is correct (even though it is way darker than their website shows). It's been over two weeks emailing with their support team and this still isn't resolved. I wouldn't trust their return policy and would recommend avoiding this company altogether. Really disappointed by the customer service and whole experience. UPDATE: I was offered a refund by a different agent about 3 days after I wrote this review.
