DON’T BUY FROM JELLY CASES
Another customer that probably got scammed. I ordered a phone case and screen protector back in August, it’s now NOVEMBER. I received one email back in September saying it takes up to 25 business days. Well it’s been way pass that and still no package delivered. Don’t order from this company. Save your money!

2.5 month wait and still waiting
My first purchase was terrific, loved the cover. But have been waiting 2.5 months for this second order. Customer service still to reply…. I’ve now received a response and full refund and as they could not find the order. The action and response was 5 stars!

Scammers
Their website is scraped from other sites: the descriptions, the reviews, the photos. If you do reverse Google Images searches you’ll find that none of their images are original. The same goes for their privacy policy or terms of service. If you check their legal address on Google Maps you’ll find that it corresponds to a different business. They are scammers: I placed an order, the charge went through on the credit card but they never shipped it and they ignored all my emails. They do this to all their customers: nobody receives the goods because it’s a fake business. I have reported them to the FTC and I’m going to report them to the Policía Nacional of Spain, where the business is located. If you placed an order with them I suggest you dispute the charge with your credit card.

Do Not Order from Jellycases
My order was confirmed on Oct 03, 2023 and the site says the standard shipping will take 7-10 business days. No further updates regarding my shipping after Oct 03 so I opened service tickets on Oct 25. As of today, there is still no response. I think I got scammed just like everyone else did. Update on Nov 24, 2023: I opened service tickets on Oct 25 to both Jelly Cases support and sales departments and neither department has contacted me. For those who are really frustrated with their order and want to get their refund, go through your credit card company and submit a “charge back” request.

Beware, company is fraud!
Eind augustus een hoesje voor m'n telefoon besteld, nog steeds niks geleverd. Ik heb Jelly Case meerdere gemaild, maar krijg geen reactie. Dit is een frauduleus bedrijf, pas op. Ik ga aangifte doen bij de politie en hoop ooit m'n geld terug te krijgen..... --update 14 aug 2024-- Pure fraude. Hoesje wordt nooit geleverd. Doe geen zaken met dit bedrijf.

SCAM
SCAM! I ordered in September and still haven’t received my order. I’ve emailed so many times to ask where my order is only to be told my order email got put in the spam folder. They wouldn’t give an estimated delivery time and now I’m asking for a refund because it’s been 2 months but no response! This company just steals your money. Update: the reply asks me to email them. I have, but still no response.

Don't buy here!!!!!
This is the most horrible company I ever attempted to purchase an order. I lost my money, they never shipped the product. They reply through the service desk that they will look into it, but never respond again.
