Jelly CasesReviews of jellycases.com

3 stars instead of 2 only because the lens protectors are super cool & exactly like the images online. The screen protectors are very thin & a waste of money. I will be repurchasing elsewhere as these are pretty much a joke.

Finally received 2 cases after almost 2 months. The cases came separately a couple of weeks apart…? And the colour was a little off. “Sand Pink” is more of a bright baby pink and “forest green” is more a sage. Very strange and inconsistent.

Although I love the texture of this case, which means it can slip in my pocket easily, it does not protrude above the edge of the glass screen so offers no protection for minor drops. In fact, since using it I have had to replace my screen

I liked the case. Good quality and functionality

I ordered a phone case with an AirPod pro case almost a month ago and nothing, I have tried tracking my order on their website and it says that my order “doesn’t exist”. I have emailed about the situation and still nothing from them. I just want my money back at this point. Don’t order here, it’s a scam. Edit: Thank you Jelly Cases for reading my review as as soon so you had you corrected my order and sent it through immediately. It came in a few days, thank you very much for fixing my problem, the order was in perfect condition too, thanks again. I’ll move to 3 stars as it only took you to send in my order when you saw my review, but I hope in the future it will be a 5 star.

UPDATED (Dec 16): My phone case took over 3 months to arrive and required me to contact them for them to realize that it apparently got lost in transit. Their customer service was quite responsive throughout, though it was only after I posted my original trustpilot review (1 star) that things really started to happen. I have now received my case and it meets my expectations in terms of product quality. I've increased my review to 3 stars, the average of 5 starts for the item and 1 star for the delivery time.

UPDATE_ Changing to 3 stars. I have received my refund on 11.09. I'm thankful I received it but it took a long time with a lot of communication from email, to their social media account, to TrustPilot for accountability. // FINAL THOUGHTS // The product probably works for the majority of consumers. If you don't receive yours in a timely manner, be sure to get the return process started quickly. My experience could be a rare issue and the company will probably grow and mature and get better with each sale. ORIGINAL REVIEW (edited) =================== I also would give this 0 stars if possible. Here was my experience. I ordered this product for my kiddo's iPhone 12. PRODUCT ISSUE_ The only option size option in the case my kiddo wanted was "iPhone 12/12 Pro". What I received was a case for an "iPhone 12 Pro". It doesn't work for my kiddo's 2-camera iPhone 12 like it would have if the camera opening was a fully open. It actually blocks the mic. COMMUNICATION ISSUE_ I ordered this on August 9, 2022. I reached out August 15 after not receiving tracking information. I reached out again August 26 after still not hearing anything thinking it was a scam. I heard back from them September 5 (4 weeks after my order) and didn't receive the order until September 14. That's when I started the return process and they STILL haven't given me a process for the return. No refund, no return, nothing. Unfortunately, because they dragged their feet for so long, my credit card company is no longer offering a challenge to the purchase. Lesson learned... always contest the charge before the deadline.

Edit: I received my order on Oct 8th (a couple weeks after writing the original review) and the case is really nice. Ordered in August and was charged immediately. No product was ever shipped and it’s now the end of September. I think this is a scam site.
