Total fraud. Jelly cases Takes your money and you never hear from them again. I’m going to report them to bbb and consumer fraud agency. I also called my credit card company and reported it as fraud.

Unfortunately I also did not read the reviews. I have been waiting for over a month for my case and after several emails to customer service I still have no idea when it’s coming.

Ordered 2 cases from this company and realised I had made a mistake and emailed them immediately to cancel my order. They took my money but now almost 3 weeks later I have received no product, and no refund despite several emails from me asking what is going on. I'll be raising a dispute with Visa to reclaim the funds. What a waste of time and effort though - AVOID AVOID AVOID. UPDATED to add that since posting this review Jelly Cases have refunded my order.

Follow the 1 star reviews and do not order from this company . Complete scam. Took my money and no product was shipped . Has not answered any of my emails to customer service .

Just a willingness to help! And a positive customer service experience mindset that is evident throughout this company. I didn’t have the shipping and tracking numbers and honestly didn’t expect any resolution to a late shipment, but Jelly Cases came through and the case was delivered!!

Terrible experience ordering first time. I ordered a case here and a few days later they told me it was actually out of stock. I should have asked for a refund but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered another one. Days later no update... I message them and again no response. When they finally responded they said they were 'checking' with the shipping department!?! How can they not know if an item was shipped or not, anyways I've asked for a refund and now waiting again for a response..

Shadiest company I’ve ever ordered something from. Their website shows they offer refunds. After waiting A MONTH, the glass case arrived completely shattered into a million pieces and the other case was nothing like the description or photo. The company ignored my requests to refund after sending photos and multiple emails telling me that it would cost more than the order to return the items and they would give $3 of a $45 order. Unbelievable! This unethical behavior should be shut down immediately. Response: you refunded me $3 after weeks of emailing you photos of the broken item and the other item that looks nothing like the photo or description - pathetic. Over a month later someone sees this and decides to do the right thing (kind of) for half the order and refund the broken case. People - Do not order from this site ‘Jelly Cases’

Worst customer service. I had received a 20% coupon code but didn’t get a chance to apply it since I paid with Apple Pay. I sent them an email right away asking if they could apply the coupon on their end and give me 20% refund. They said they couldn’t put discount code on their end. I changed my mind about the order and told them to cancel. They said they couldn’t do that because the order was already on the way. This was not true. I didn’t receive a shipping information until a week later. I finally received the case and it is low quality. I reached out wanting to return for a refund. They told me that if I were to return the case it would cost me $30 for international shipping and offered me 50% off for next purchase instead. This shipping cost was not stated on their website. I have no use of the case and have no other option than to return and absorb the cost of returning the case. I asked them to go ahead and provide me with return instructions. That was three weeks ago. Despite following up with them every week, I still have not heard back from them. This company is a scam! They just want your money and doesn’t care about their customers. Do not buy from them!!!
