Biggest losers . Received a tire never ordered. They won’t answer phone.

I'm 63yrs old. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I've given up trying to return a $150 item ordered in error. They will not answer the phone!! Two hours on Monday one hour today gone for ever. No luck contacting through Website. 818-640-5221.

Trying to cancel an order that's backordered for almost 3 months. Cannot reach anyone to cancel -- they won't answer the phone no matter how long you're on-hold waiting for a rep.

Ordered a part from them over Summit due to their price match guarantee. Bought the part and immediately filled out the price match form. $11 difference. No refund ever comes. Today, Customer service tells me “we don’t issue a refund, we just charge the adjusted price”. LOGICALLY that is impossible, if the price paid through PayPal is the list price and you HAVE to pay to complete and order and afterwards you submit a price match form….their would HAVE TO BE A REFUND. So today, month later, the price is STILL $11 higher at Jegs over Summit. Customer service has the nerve to tell me “the price is lower than us today, but when you ordered your price match was done.” WHAT! I ASK THEM REPEATEDLY WHAT THE PRICE WAS 1 DAY BEFORE I ORDERED AND THEY REFUSED TO ANSWER. So, as a ‘courtesy’ they claim to be issuing me an $11 refund. Ha! I’ll never see that I wager. Liars and cheats. That came from an hour of BSing with different customer service people literally trying every trick to cheat and mislead me. DO NOT EXPECT THEM TO PRICE MATCH ANYTHING….Just use Summit, Amazon, ebay etc etc…

I tried Jegs on the suggestion of a friend. Big mistake. As long as there isn’t a problem all is well. If you do have a problem (missing order for my example) you get no help. Summit crushes them on service. At Summit you get it immediately fixed,, at Jegs I got “I will follow up and get back with you” no one ever gets back with you,, don’t waste your time and money at Jegs

Ordered parts for a rebuild. Ordered on wed.,fed ex had parts on thurs. i received parts five days later in a crushed box with rings bearings etc out of their original boxes and just getting smashed around by cam n lifters. This was a week and a half ago .no response from jegs yet ive left mess. And emails and nothing !!! Out $400 thanks oriellys for the quality parts !! Never again jegs or fed ex !!!!

Terrible service, misleading advertising, poor attitude. They would not honor pricing that showed up in Google searches and on their website, even after I showed it to them. I wouldn't trust them. I don't know what happened to this business but it's changed for the worse.
