Ordered several weeks ago and no confirmation, no tracking & no delivery date. Called Wednesday and was told they would have to contact the supplier and call me the next business day, no call, that never happened. I called again and was told the exact same thing. Then I asked for a refund and was told I would once again have to wait for them to contact the supplier to cancel ! What a total crock of crap !!! They are responsible for refunding me NOT their supplier. I want my da@$ money NOW ! This place sucks. Happened last time I ordered and thought I'd give it a second chance. Never again, steer clear.

I ordered a set of 1955 billet trunk hinges from jegs on E-Bay. the add said more than 10 in stock. I called Jegs several times to find out when I would get them. Every week they told me they would ship the next Friday. This went on for 3 months. I finally canceled the order and went to Summit and had them in 3 days. After I got the hinges from Summit then Jegs sent them out to me even after the order was canceled. 4 months total. I will never buy anything from them again. They lie all the time. I sent the hinges back to Jegs and as I said I will never deal with them again. In short beware and stay away from Jegs.

This company sucks. I have a truck at paint that I ordered a motor for over 4 months ago. Still haven’t got the motor, paid over $11,000, and now the paint company is charging me a storage fee to store a truck that they need the motor for so they can put the cab back on the truck and fishing the paint.. why don’t I cancel the order?! Because I ordered a custom Transmision and torque converter specifically for the motor not knowing this company would be a joke to spend my money with. Save your money! Jegs sucks!

We were looking for a car to carrier and they sold us one that didn't fit on our car. Nothing on the site said what cars it WASN'T for. They wouldn't help except to tell us to ship it back at our expense. How do you ship back a 5 foot albatross? No guarantee of a refund either. When I showed they didn't have anything where the vehicle requirements should be, they still denied it wasn't there. I wouldn't buy a screwdriver from them. Customer service is nonexistent

Sent me jegs parts that tech agreed where bad. Won't get me a new part on the way. Returning everything and now I have to pay shipping. Asked to speak to someone and also filled out review directly to jegs again asked to talk to someone, crickets. They talk along of trash about how great they are and it's all garbage.

Spend thousands with them every year - have a product fail 2nd time it’s used and was told to pound sand. Will never buy from them again

All i can say is I ordered an engine from another company and after paying for it i get an email the next day says they can't deliver the engine for 3-4 months i cancelled the order and asked for a refund which will take 3-5 business days before it posts to my bank - i called JEGS and asked their Customer Service Rep if they could call ATK in Dallas to see if they had an engine available for drop ship which the CSR did what i asked - make a long story short i bought the engine and it is now on it's way to my Mechanic Shop all this occurred in a little less than 15 minutes - Great Customer Service and Great Company - Go JEGS Performance - they made my day

A bunch of crooks!!!!!! I ordered a headliner and after two weeks I checked on it and they said it would be 2 months to get it. So I canceled the order. I ordered another one from another company that had it in stock. So then the Jegs headliner came with in a few days and I thought it was the one that I had ordered that was in stock and installed it. Now I get the in stock one and Jegs won't refund $35.00 to send it back because of their incompetence or to just notify me that there's is coming. Customer service hung up on me.
