After trying to reach them for an order I placed online at 800-345-4545 customer service line, I was on hold over 20 minutes, 4 different times & never was able to speak with anyone about my issue! I called SUMMIT 3 times and had a customer service person on the line to help me within 1 minute every call! Not waisting my time with JEGGs again!

If I could give Jegs.com a 0 start I would. I bought wheels from them got them brought them to get mounted with new tires and they were bent 3 out of 4 were terrible. I called had to wait for almost anhour till someone finally answered the phone told them they were junk and I was not paying to ship them back, they sent labels I shipped them back and when the did the refund they kept more money then it would of cost me to buy return labels from my account. This is definitely one of the worst companies to buy from, must be nice to make money by screwing people. Never will I buy from again.. JEGS IS JUNK.

Their customer service is absolutely god awful Just as bad as CJponyparts I have rich friends and I’m telling them all to stay away from here

You can order something just don't try to ever return it or contact support for any reason. Spebt hours on hold because I tried to return online, paid for shipping then got broken link to label. Worst customer support ever. Go to summit!

Never Again will I purchase from Jegs. Just wish I had read all the comments about Jegs before hand--, no customer service, hours on phone, bait and switch schemes. Wow that's that sums up my total experience.- Purchased Milodon OIL pan, TC Cover gasket, Oil pan Gasket and correct height Milodon oil pick up and screen. on Feb 14, 2024. All said it was in stock, ordered. (Bait and Switch Got all items--EXCEPT FOR Milodon oil pick up and screen.) Have called three times, to find out status, ship date or cancel order on hold each time for over an hour / waste of time. (Just like other comments) It is Now March 20,2024---Never Again, CERTAINLY NOT WORTH TIME DELAYS AND ALL THE AGREVATION.

There is NO customer service. You literally can’t contact them. Try it if you don’t believe me. Nobody picks up the phone (I waited hours just to see if anyone would ever pick up), there is no online access. You have 1 option: the chat. And that takes hours. If they don’t like the message they can disconnect and there’s nothing you can do about it. I threatened to contact the credit card company. That seemed to get their attention. All I wanted to do was cancel an order. Nightmare.

Please trust the reviews. Shipping timeframe was a bait and switch. Item is on back order and they did not tell me upfront. I have been trying to cancel the order all day and have been on hold. To place an order you wait 30 seconds on the phone, to cancel you wait all day. Shady business practices, was not worth the 30 bucks I tried to save by choosing JEGS.

I've been buying high performance parts for 25 years. I bought a lot from jegs and other suppliers. Jegs really has a problem with customer service. They provide one phone number and no other way to contact them if you have any type of issue. I just received something I ordered from them that had magnets on it and one of the magnets is shattered. I've called the number three times been on hold a total of 45 minutes and never did talk to anyone. I try to avoid buying from jegs as a result of this poor customer service and I'm sure a lot of other people are doing the same. Used to be a good supplier Not so much anymore.
