I placed an order on 12/9 for my daughter's Christmas present. I was so excited to surprise her but it has turned into a nightmare. My order hasn't even processed and will never arrive in time for the holiday. Not to mention the item I ordered says it is now out of stock and I probably wouldn't get anyway. I enjoyed watching the Youtube videos with my daughter but how do you allow a business in your name to operate like this???? No updates on the order! No phone number for customer service! This business practice is unacceptable! They certainly didn't delay in charging my card though. I literally have NOTHING to give my daughter for Christmas. There are too many other beauty brands out there to choose from to order from this company again.

I love the quality of JSC but I don’t think it’s worth it anymore. I made an order on 11/25 and my items still haven’t shipped. I’ve tried contacting customer service multiple times to ask if I can PAY MORE to have my Items expedited to me and I keep getting the same response that they’ll be shipping my items any day now and no modificans can be made. Now I’ve been told that they won’t be shipping my entire order because it’s out of stock! I have waited a month and NOW it’s out of stock. Any email I’ve sent the company takes almost a week for a response. I’ve asked multiple times for a contact number to call but wont be given one. This is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. If you need JS products save yourself the trouble and buy through a third party such as Beautylish. At least they’re honest and have proper customer service.

Got a customs charge and I can’t afford it until next month, and when I’m paid it’ll be sent back to America. Emailed asking for a refund and no one has got back to me. Absolutely fuming. Ain’t ordering from Jeffree again.

Long time Jeffree Star shopper that is no longer gonna support thus brand. Finding vegan makeup that is good is hard ti find thats why I loved this brand but taking 3 weeks to ship things out and promise three different times they were supposed to ship and as of today my order still has not shipped out. Not to mention the customer is taking weeks to respond and when they do respond its just an basic message saying the shipping is taking longer and they seem to be trying to convince me to cancel my order. Also on the website its never stated shipping will be 8 days (which is a lie its longer) and they only informed people two days ago on snapchat. Not to mention they also let people buy things out of stock. Glad i'm gonna walk in empty handed to Christmas.

Not at all happy with my first time ordering I will never order from this brand again I placed my order on 12/7 - nothing was low stock and it ships from CA Its now 12/20 and my order still says confirmed and I cant get a response from their customer service team regarding the status of my order and when it will ship NOT COOL AT ALL this was a Xmas gift for my daughter, her first real make up and now it looks like itll have to be a birthday present given to her in 2 months UGH just so sad, especially for the cost of these cosmetics

update:::: Still no package as of today 12-23-18 I placed my very first order with this company on December 8th, when I check the status of my order it still says unfulfilled. We are at day 11 and nothing. I have emailed them twice, both times I received an automated response. It’s too bad my first order experience has been not so good. I like Jeffree as a person, I enjoy his videos, the makeup looks amazing.... but his business needs some help. Jeffree work out the kinks please. This should not be an issue, the holiday season is busy, I get it, I suggest you hire seasonal help that will ensure your customers get excellent customer service and there product in a timely manner. Maybe a sit down with your staff? We need to go back to the days when we could call a company and talk to the reps about any problems; a telephone number would be a great place to start. This was supposed to be a Christmas present but not anymore, very sad about it.

I placed an order on 12/11 and paid for 2-3 day shipping, trying to make sure I would have it for my girlfriend by Christmas (2 weeks away!). It is now 12/19 and my order is still processing, I have reached out to them twice with zero response besides an automated "sorry we're busy, we'll try to ship most orders this week." I'm sorry, but that's just crazy to me. I have placed orders with several other companies in the past week and first of all, was not charged for shipping at all, and secondly, I was able to receive my items in 2-3 days as promised. Being busy isn't an excuse. From other reviews I've read this is a serious problem and this company couldnt care less since they already have your money. I'd strongly suggest not wasting your time unless you really don't care when your stuff arrives.

Honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced...I ordered products on November 23rd and it’s December 19th where my order says it’s been out for delivery for 6 days. I contacted customer service with no email or anything back I just Hope I get it by the 24th since it’s a Christmas gift for my sister. Never ordering again straight from the website if I do at all.
