Anyone one staring this because of Black Friday/Christmas orders didn’t keep up with his twitter or snap chat updates about how they are very overwhelmed and having people working extremely long hours just to get the mystery boxes along with other orders that also got FREE Items shipped out , guess what mine was placed Black Friday and didn’t get processed till December 3rd I received it by December 6th for a T-shirt and the free lipstick . Everyone complaining is just impatient when a company or someone gets overwhelmed With orders it’s bound to happen just like it does for USPS ,everyone gets backed up! It’s not hard to be patient and research online why your item hasn’t shipped (he will make announcements on Social media) since he still needs to work on his customer service side of things.

I have emailed for a 5th status since December 19th because I was sent the mini bundle nudes with four colors MISSING and one color, the top of the bottle, chipped. No one has gotten back to me it’s absolutely unacceptable. I even sent through the website I believe three times. He talks so negatively about other brands when look at his, sending with stuff missing and not answering back.

I ordered the new Mini Nude Bundle: Volume 2 on Dec 19th directly from his website and was feeling anxious since most reviews on here are negative in regards to shipping; however, I was very pleased with my purchase. I received it on Dec 29th and I LOVE IT! I do want to mention that I never received a tracking number so I had no clue it was already on its way or that it was even on my doorstep but other than that I am satisfied.

Ordered a makeup travel bag on Dec. 7th and paid for priority shipping (2-5 business days) and just now received tracking. The travel bag will not be here in time for my trip on January 2nd and I'm very disappointed. I am a huge fan of JSC and have not had issues in the past. The generic emails are a no-go for me.

I ordered items on December 18th and paid for express shipping. I have sent numerous emails asking for a call on when my items would be sent out the week of Christmas and have gotten a generic email stating they would contact me in 72 hours. Here we are 3 days past Christmas and my items are being sent through regular mail. There is no customer service with this company. I will no longer buy anything from them and will advise anyone interested in buying from this company not to.

I ordered an item off his website on the 19th and paid for 2day shipping and the items is still not here not counting the holidays. I haven’t been updated or emailed about anything about the package besides on the 20th with them saying they have received my purchase and will ship it out soon. Frustrating I won’t be getting my Christmas gift to myself til most likely the new year.

I ordered a few things from this guy early last week and my girl loves his stuff. I understand a shipping delay, but it still says "Processing" and I have gotten no replies to my customer complaints. That, combined with the lack of a phone number, is plenty enough to absolutely not recommend purchasing from Jeffree Star's website. Terrible experience.

I ordered for the first time on December 9th as an intended Christmas gift for my daughter. Here it is, December 26th and still no package. The items ordered are now out of stock. Not sure if these are shipping at all. Not impressed with the automated generalized replies from their customer service!
