I love JS and I have adored JSC for years, but I have been worried about an order I placed over 10 days ago, Every time I check it, it's still saying [unfulfilled] Usually I order all JSC products through beautilish,(sorry if spelled wrong) but went straight through the company this time, and I'm wondering if its lost, or not touched yet at all.. im so confused. But i understand there are state regulations and also there's only so many hands to make these orders happen! Im just ready to flex my new lipsticks. Lol.. can anyone help? thanks. 😊

I bought the conspiracy palette because I'm a fan of Jeffree and Shane and I loved it at first but the product and shades are nothing new or revolutionary, not bad but money is better spent somewhere else.

I just received the Jeffree Star Shane Glossin’ lip gloss. It understandably took a bit to get here due to the slow on shipping. The problems is, while I was under the impression that it is supposed to smell like root beer, in reality is smells more like a Christmasy scented candle. Kinda let down

Ordered the blood lust collection and still haven't recieved a tracking number.this isnt right I paid to much money to not even know what's going on with my products

Really enjoy playing with the makeup, there's some great colours. However I've noticed that if you don't use a primer for more than 1 day then it's causing rashes on my eyelids. This has happened a couple of times but especially this weekend I've had a very bad reaction with red, swollen, itchy eyes. Have not been using any other products recently so can only assume this was the cause as it has happened before even if more minor. Take caution before using! Would have thought using primer first was more of a luxury or making sure the colour stays longer rather than protecting your eyes from a reaction...

I bought the conspiracy palette from the Jeffree star X Shane Dawson collaboration and when I bought the palette I paid more than usual for the shipping which I thought was fair enough since I was shipping it from California to England ($10) but then I had to pay another £16 customs charge which I wasn't best pleased about but I thought hey I've got the palette now. I received the palette and it was all that I was expecting and I was really happy with the product and how it looked on my eyes but then the itching happened. I found out that I am allergic to the palette which I am really mad about because I paid enough to receive the palette and now I'm allergic to it.i know there is nothing that the Jeffree Star Company can do about this but just wanted to give people a heads up that if you're shipping it to your house you may have to pay extra to receive it. also just that if you have any issues with your skin or it's sensitive then I wouldn't recommend paying out for this makeup. I have nothing against the Jeffree Star company and I was satisfied and think it was worth the quality for the money I paid but I'm just annoyed that I cannot use it and I spent quite a lot on it. I ordered items to the UK in the Shane launch, Items arrived and one was missing. Took about a week for customer services to get back to me but they sent out a replacement free of charge and they said that they would refund my customs if I got hit for a second time. Ordered on 2nd November and all sales finally received on 24th December. Wish they would sort it out so you could have: online chat customer service Pay customs at checkout (like Beautylish) More competitive shipping rates Would I order again from them? If it was available on partner websites then I would use them instead, but JSC wasn't awful.
