Jefree Star Cosmetics is my absolute ride or die, with an amazing formula for all the products Jeffree launches and the aspect of being cruelty free they are definitely my #1. The only thing is I paid for the faster shipping rate to the UK and it took over a month to arrive ..

Had no problems with ordering from JSC. I contacted customer service regarding delivery charges as I had heard a few people say that it should be free shipping. They got back to me really fast and we're really polite. The only thing is that it took a while to receive my item but when it comes to shipping from US to UK, you sort of expect it.

I don't want to write every detail of my experience in this review but as a short summary: I was not pleased. They take an extraordinary long amount of time to process orders, the Costumer Service is slow and gives out incorrect information - well, at least when they decide to reply because most of the time they don't even bother. Furthermore JSC choses another company to handle International shipping for them, which makes the whole process *a lot* longer and more complicated for the costumer, especially when something goes wrong. I didn't know that before I ordered, otherwise I wouldn't have bought anything from them. Personally, I won't spend my money on JSC again and wouldn't recommend it, which is too bad since I was really looking forward to buy more of their products

Have ordered from Jeffree Star a couple of times and it has always went pleasant. It does take some time with the shipping, but not too bad either. Very pleased with my products and I will keep purchasing from here :-)

This is a fantastic company owned by a single person not a conglomerate or corporation. They have excellent customer service and are always there to help you when you need something. You can tell that they really care about the customer satisfaction experience.

WORST service I've had in my entire life from ANY company.I tried to buy three lipsticks from this site.Altogether it cost a lot.I waited past the estimated arrival date.When I finally contacted customer service they said as it was an item shipped internationally,once it was delivered by them and it left the US they did not care or track the item at all.It was,according to them,my responsibility to find it.The products NEVER arrived.They did not care if the package was lost in international post and I was unable to locate it.When I asked for help they were rude and ignored my problem.They took my money without ever giving me the things I paid for.When I asked for a refund they told me they would not give me one then rudely ignored my emails completely.No one should expect to receive their purchases if they shop from them outside the US.Howeve,I imagine if items paid for did get lost for US customers too they would care just as little.They are con artists and shouldn't be trusted.If you are thinking to buy from them,please don't!Thanks for reading :)
