Like everyone else I ordered and haven't received. Sent email and nothing. I wish they would just reply. This was my daughters gift. Sigh

My girlfriend has been watching this persons videos since i met her , and constantly bringing up that she loves the lipstick . Now i dont know the first thing about makeup but i do know that this stuffs expensive and i dont think i coulda got a better gift for the occasion , but i am EXTREMELY irritated that i ordered on the 8th of December and sent a customer complaint and it has been a week since i got the automated response email. Now the delay in shipping i can kinda understand,but the customer support is unacceptable especially in a time where there should be more/better customer support with the fact that almost everyone is getting screwed over . ive never ordered from this person before and thanks to this experience i never will again .

While i am a little stressed about the company taking so long to process my order, i understand that the holidays do get busy(they should hire seasonal staff if needed because obviously a lot of people including myself were tense about the wait) but my order is finally on the way and will get here on christmas eve(thank god it’s before christmas :) ) so while the wait was upsetting (i bought my order on the 9th) i’m just glad it’ll be here before the holiday

NEVER order from Shady companies that do not offer a phone number. I NEVER would deal with a company like that. I am going to report them . The rest of you have to do the same thing or they will keep doing it. THREE INQUIRIES OVER 6 WEEKS they took my $70.00 but never sent the eye shadow. It was for my daughter. She wanted it and it think this guy should be ashamed. They always give me an automated response that a Customer Service Rep will be back to me in 48 hours. This makeup is a lot of money. I was just trying to buy something for my daughter she wanted. THIEVES THIEVES THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!

Just wanted to update that I ordered on October 23th and still haven't received the product and no response from customer service...

Like everyone else here -- I ordered from Jeffree Star a Christmas gift. I ordered on 12/4. My credit card has been charged and the product not shipped. I've put in an email to customer service who promises to get back to you within 72 hours -- NOPE. There is NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL. Just an email address or contact form on the website from which you receive the same canned message promising they will get back to you in 72 hours and then they DON'T. I want my money back but can't get a response from anyone.

do NOT buy.... I am sad to say I would not recommend buying from jeffree Star cosmetics, why? Because.. 1. the shipping takes ages.. I ordered on Black Friday and they have not shipped it yet. 2. costumer service do not respond in 72 hours, as they say (they have not responded to me at all) it´s really sad because I love Jeffree Star makeup The liquid lipsticks is bomb!! But I would recommend buying from another retailer like beauty bay, and not directly from jeffreestarcosmetics.com

Placed order on 12/7 said would receive a contact in 72 hours its been 3 weeks and still nothing. I think they are a scam and take people money. I am thinking about turning them into the California state attorney office
