Ordered the conspiracy palette on the 1st of November, the status says shipped and gave a USPS tracking number but when I track it on USPS it still says pre-shipment only label is created. I'm so upset. I opened a case with USPS and they said they never got the package to their facility. I'm really upset with this. I messaged the jeffree star cosmetics customer service on November 15 and I have yet to hear a reply from them. This was supposed to be a birthday gift for me. I'm really upset and disappointed. I got to see all my friends get a palette before me.

I ordered a jawbreaker palette on the 2nd of November. I received a processing email on the 17th and I still haven’t received a shipping notification yet. I reached out time and time again and never got a response. It’s extremely disappointing.

Jeffree Star Cosmetics is amazing. I ordered the conspiracy pallete on November 1st, I also ordered a mirror and the gloss on the same day. Had free shipping. I did have to wait 4 hours on the website but that was understandable given the fact it was their largest release to date. Within the weekend I got a shipping confirmation and received my products less than a week after ordering. The products themselves we AMAZING and very high quality. You can definitely see and feel the difference between Jeffree's products and other companies. Jeffree's products are worth the money and worth the wait!

Products may be good but the service is HORRIBLE.... And they are laughing all the way to the bank.... There Is no excuse why a multi million dollar company cannot have a decent website that doesn’t keep people online for hours trying to order products. Amazon sells way more products than they do daily and doesn’t ever has the issues they do. They don’t fix it because the harder of a time you have getting their products then the more demand there is for next time The last launch I was online for five hours and ended up with three separate orders that weren’t even correct, and charges for shipping and emailed them five times now. I finally got a response two days ago that was completely unrelated to my question about the shipping charge and essentially was told that if I didn’t like the answer I got I need to start completely back over with the process of communicating with them THEN I like many others, when I should have been enjoying thanksgiving dinner with my family, instead I was online 5 minutes before the launch, it took 90 minutes but I ordered my products AND got a confirmation, only to find out hours later that just because you got an on screen confirmation, that unless you subsequently got an email confirmation hours later, the order did not go thru and they will not honor the order. This was for my daughter XMas that loves him, but this is twice and enough is enough.

Jeffree's products are the best of the best and always worth the wait, yall need to stop complaining

I have always gotten my products SUPER fast (except the Shane collab which I totally understand). I have also reached out to customer service twice and gotten emails back within a couple hours. Nothing bad from me!

I have only made one order in the past, which showed up but one of the lipsticks had crystals at the top and both of them smelled terrible. Now, I ordered the mini-controversy pallete on launch day (nov 1st) and as of 29th of Nov it hasn’t even shipped! I contacted customer service 12 days ago and no response. Really disappointing and I’m concerned it will never show up.

Placed my order for the bundle within 40 minutes of launch emailed them 3 weeks ago and got no response. Emailed again and got a response yesterday and my package came today. My address but with someone elses name on it and no mini palette!!!! No receipt or anything in the box either (not sure if it should be in there but usually packages come with something like that) and now playing the waiting game again with customer service.
