Bought just two items from JSC, and paid for (5-7day shipping). It’s been 18 DAYS and not a single shipping confirmation has been sent. I also tried emailing customer service 5 days ago and I was told to wait 72 hours for a response. Again, not a peep from them either. I would give zero stars if possible. I feel terribly sorry for those who’ve waited even longer than I have.

Spent 20$ in shipping, 120$ in products and haven't received any shipping information 22 days later. Absolutely disgusted and so upset. Contacted customer service to see if they would at least refund me shipping and got ignored. Beyond upset.

Very happy with the whole process! As expected after that kind of launch, it took almost 4 weeks to be shipped and delivered, but in the end it did. For an international Shipping (Germany) most time, almost a week, was lost due to the processing at the customs office. Worth it :)

I placed my order for the conspiracy pallet over a month ago. My pallet is nowhere to be found. I want my money back. Ive paid enormous costs for shipping and what not.

I promise, you guys, jeffree WILL get back to you. I just got my tracking information & i ordered nov 2/19. Its now the 22, and they just emailed me!! Yay!! You can count on him! Cant wait to try my liquid lip

Terrible brand with terrible customer service. Never got a response from customer service about separated liquid lipsticks received, that were probably expired. All my comments on their instagram page about the expired products i received were deleted. Horrible!

WOOOOW ALMOST 7 PAGES OF GOD AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE OR SHOULD i SAY A NON-EXISTING CUSTOMER SERVICE SINCE THEY NEVER RESPOND UNLESS THEY ARE THREATENED OR REPORTED TO THE BBB. I am also a victim of purchasing 172 dollars worth of items from JSC. I actually placed 2 orders. When the site first released the new JSC products I tried to purchase The Conspiracy bundle but by the time I made it to check out the only thing left that they had and my daughter wanted was the The Gloss: Shane Glossin' and I purchased 2 of them. I placed that order on the phone and did receive the complete order about a week ago. I also placed a 2nd order for 2 of the Conspiracy palettes and 2 of the mini controversy palettes that totaled up to $171.20 and have not heard a single word since I received the original email about my order. I too contacted JSC customer service and received the same email like others telling me ALL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED NO LATER THAN NOVEMBER 18, 2019. Well as everyone else knows just like me that is a flat out lie and they knew it was a lie when they sent the email. I have not heard a single word from them since that email and they also give you a line of BS telling you not to contact them again or you will be sent to the end of the line and they will never get to your emails. L0L, like that makes any difference at all. The bottom line here people is that JSC overloaded their asses and cannot produce the product that they promised everyone and the other thing is they are too damn cheap to hire enough people to make sure that the packaging and shipping was done in a professional and timely manner. I also am another person that will NEVER EVER PURCHASED FROM JSC A FLY BY NIGHT OUTFIT THAT PROMISES YOU THE MOON AND GIVES YOU A PILE OF BS. It is now 3 days past the deadline that I was told by JSC in an email so I am also going to file a complaint with the BBB and I am also going to open a dispute with them on paypal. I honestly believe the best thing everyone here that got screwed can do is to open up a claim against JSC with whatever source they used to purchase these GHOST cosmetics that I honestly believe non of us will ever see. So now JSC has posted a message on their site because they are worthless and completely unprofessional that states if your order has not processed by now then it will not be processed. So everyone who had their money tied up with this fly by night outfit will now need to pursue JSC because they are total scam artists at the very least. They don't even bother to send out emails telling customers that they screwed up super bad and sold waaaaay more orders than they could possibly fill even over 4 or 5 months. If you have money tied up with this trash company then you are going to need to contact your payment source and file a claim or dispute to get your money back. I contacted them numerous times and they are so worthless they would not even tell me all orders have been completed and nobody else will be getting what they paid for. I actually had to contact paypal and open a claim against afterpay in order to put a fire under JSC to get them to give back my hard earned money that they were just using to make interest on. This company should be banned from the internet and from ever being able to sell anything ever again. I am completely and totally done with this trash company forever.

ordered product on November 1st and well...no response from customer service (it's been well over 72 hours for them to respond and nothing) just nothing. This was my first ever order with JSC and it will be my last. I was told to be patient but this is just a disaster launch but JSC has my money. at the check out I also paid 12.95 for 5-7 day shipping and we are well past that time frame. Shane has nothing to say on orders neither does Jeffree as he sits in Bora Bora and no one on Youtube is talking about this. I only see people who ordered from Beautybay, Beautylish and Morphe receiving their orders. The issue needs to be address and refunds for the 12.95 shipping need to be given to every customer who placed orders during the time frame of this launch. *update* days later and i still have no update. Customer Service still hasn't responded and I am just out my money. This is an absolute disaster and now I want a full refund for the 12.95 in shipping charges I had to pay and the reason being is when I placed the order that 12.95 shipping was for 5-7 day shipping and I got nothing of the sort. Yes after placing the order I get a confirmation email saying 10 business days and here we are now on 15 business days and I still have no shipping update and can't get any information from customer service. I was patient for those 7 days now I am not. I had to create a freakin twitter account just so I could see if other people were having the same issues and yep. Jeffree is silent living it up in Bora Bora with nothing to say like it inst a big deal and put out a tweet about another upcoming release. Well Mr. Star you might want to get this crap under control and get your company and customer service in line before you do another disaster launch. another update I contacted them again this morning 11/25 and asked to just have the order cancelled. About an hour later I got a notification via text that my order has shipped. It has not shipped they simply created a shipping label and who knows how long it will sit at their facility. What's even more interesting is soon as I got the text notification with the tracking I got a response back from customer service the exact same time i got the text about shipping saying they couldn't cancel my order because it has already left their facility (which has NOT left their facility they just printed a label.) So there is that. I will update again soon as the package leaves their warehouse and again when I receive the order.
