Never get tracking numbers, always takes a month or so to arrive regardless the time of year, customer service ignored my email with attached photo of expired lipsticks,

2 things. i ordered on launch day the mini it took 23 days to get to me. i got an email saying due to volume it will take longer than the 10 business days. i could cancel if i want to. i said cancel it they then told me i can't cancel it because it at their shipping partner. (like umm what! ) it finally came 23 days later, its the principal for the price. as well my husband bought me a hoodie for my bday since its not a big launch or anything it said 1-2 business day shipping. its been a week and still hasnt shipped. the customer service sucks.

Took over 3 hours to successfully check out on launch day. Took 20 days to arrive. Palette itself has great pigmentation but the fallout is also pretty bad. Also, can’t exactly easily transport the palette. Meh.

I ordered the Mini Conspiracy palette when it launched and I received everything in perfect condition, just as I expected! I knew there would be a delay because of the sheer volume of orders, so I knew to be patient. (Unlike some other people who don’t get how orders and shipping work) Even with all the chaos on launch day and only being able to order the mini palette because everything else I wanted was sold out, I was happy with the entire process and the quality product I received!

I have never had a problem with jsc! Some things take a little longer to ship, but that’s it. During big releases expect shipping to be longer, other than that it’s great!

I absolutely love Jeffree. But ordering from his website absolutely sucks. I ordered for the first time concealer, powder, and a blood sugar palette for my birthday. It took almost 3 weeks to get here, but that was okay because the SD collection just came out, so I expected a long wait. Anyway, my order arrived and I immediately opened of course! When picking up the box I noticed it was very light. Too light to have a palette in it but I was like whatever. I have read reddit threads about their return policy and all of that and have read not so great reviews so I decided to record myself unboxing it. In the video you can clearly tell the box has never been opened. I set the phone down to get the tape off, the video ends, and then once I get the tape off I start another video. I take the tissue paper out and exactly what I thought: no palette. I made sure to record it all so they can’t say it’s my fault. And that’s basically what support said to me today. I am going to try and send my videos to them next, but I am HIGHLY dissatisfied with JSC so far. I just want my palette.

I’ve ordered from Jeffree far too many times and had AWESOME customer service responses and FAST SHIPPING. All of the products are WORTH IT!!! You get your moneys worth!! All of you need to chill. Jeffree posted updates on all of his social media platforms explaining that those who bought MORE than TWO products, were cancelled because he allows only TWO products per purchase to prevent people from reselling his products at jacked up prices. His Shane X Jeffree collection literally BROKE the website and they received FOUR MONTHS OF ORDERS!!! You WILL get your products. Calm down!
