If I could give this company zero stars I would. Again I have ordered items for my daughter for Christmas about a month ago and have not got a confirmation of order being processed no tracking number. The last time I ordered I waited almost 2 months for 2 lipsticks which when they finally arrived they were wrong colors. If my daughter ever asks for something from this company again I will tell her no. To have such a rush to take my money only to make me wait with no communication that is just wrong.

I ordered The Jeffree Star x Shane Dawson Conspiracy palette on the launch day (1st of November.) I queued for the palette for 4-hours on the website and I was lucky enough to get through with my purchase. After I got the order confirmation I've been really patients and calm, I've emailed the customer service a few times because I was worried about the package being lost because I didn't hear anything about it for almost 20-days. Got no response that would help me out or answer my question. When it finally arrived in it's destinated country, it turns out they got my ZIP-code wrong, meaning that my package is going to the other side of the country. I'm really disappointed and frustrated. It's was my first time ever ordering from JSC, and so far it doesn't look good at all. This is my worst experience with customer service and online shopping in general.

Very bad customer service, DO NOT EXPECT YOUR PACKAGE TO ARRIVE ON TIME OR TO BE GIVEN ANY INFORMATION ABOUT WHEN IT WILL ARRIVE, the company is useless and is obviously run really badly.

Dreadful delivery times.... Ordered a month in advance last year and didn't arrive for Christmas... No one to talk to or get any indication if something will come on time or not.just cut and paste emails.. arrived in mid January!!! ... I sent it back annoyed.. Kylie Cosmetics items ordered at the same time day 1 of a sale and wild busy, arrived in less than a week....Tried once more this year and now told it won't be shipped until 13th December 15 days after it was ordered and will take about 15 days... So won't come for Christmas again.... Dreadful customer service... NEVER again

I ordered 2 pallets for my grand daughter for Christmas. I ordered them on 11/28. I hadn’t heard anything yet the money was taken out of my account immediately. I’ve tried contacting their customer service and all I got back was automated responses. I was told in one of the automated responses that “my case would be assigned to a customer service rep and they would get back yo mr within 72 hours”. Nothing. It’s a shame. My grand daughter really wanted that and $78 is not insignificant. I guess I’m going to have to go to my bank to get satisfaction. It’s now 12/19 and still nothing. The “in process” still remains. My credit card company refunded my money within 24 hours. I ordered from Morphe on 12/15. It came today. It’s a shame that my grand daughter likes this make up line. Based on the way they treat their customers I would love to boycott their brand and stop bragging about the 15 million dollar house. Done done and done. So...today, 12/26 I got notification that the palettes have shipped. Too little too late. I already got my money back from the credit card so....I’m refusing the delivery. Geez! I never saw a more disorganized and and unreliable company in my life.

I ordered hundreds of dollars of products and it says it takes 10 business days to ship not including weekends or holidays. It’s been 20 business days and my item is still processing even though it’s been a month and a half. I filled out a ticket and contacted support once a week for three weeks and no response. Just an auto generated email saying someone will get back to me in 3 days. From their site crashing and me spending 12 hours trying to buy make up until it taking two months to receive a product and no customer service or refund on shipping for being a month late. It just leaves a nasty taste in my mouth and makes me not want to support this company again.

This is damn scam!!!!! I got ripped off, I have not received my items and have been charged and this was over 3.5 weeks ago!!!!! There is no valid customer service phone number to contact. I am going to my bank about the scam, then contacting several government agencies and then sending out a mass media blast regarding the fraudulent scam

I ordered the new Hoe Hoe Hoe limited edition lipstick for xmas... I also got the blood sugar palette, blue freeze lip scrub, diamond juice gloss, and the ice cold highlighter.... I love everything except for the lip scrub and the lipstick. The scrub for me isn't really what I was expecting for the flavor. I really wanted the pink lemonade but it was sold out; next time I will just wait until it's restocked. As for the lippie.. I don't know. I feel like it was very rushed for the xmas launch. I am a red head and I am very pale, so usually dark reds look amazing on me... however, this was not the case. Not only did this lippie look WAY darker than the swatches, but it also bled really bad! Also, it was EXTREMELY hard to scrub off, even with makeup wipes! Everything else I loved! The only issue I have with the blood palette is that the one bright orange / red shade is not really that bright on the eyes as it is in the swatch. I loved everything else, but this lipstick was a let down. I will be giving it to my sister and hoping that she likes it more than I did.
