I bought a heart pendant necklace with my kids birthstones in it for my wife. It arrived with the chain broken and the diver was dull and the stones were ugly. It was made in China of course. That was a waste of $155 plus shipping.

Placed an order well before christmas . Not until the week of do they cancel my order and allege an inventory issue was the cause . Would of been nice to resolve it earlier. Also customer service is lackluster at best.

Jared is the worse jewelry store and the do not full-fill the orders as the promise. I order a Pandora Necklace and they promise to delivered before Christmas. They contacted me 4 days before Christmas apologizing and offering me a 10% discount on my next purchase. They didn't mention that I was going to get my refund back or not. I contacted Jared, they do not have the product available and now I have to wait 10 business days to get my refund. At this point I don't have my money to substitute that gift and I don't have the gift my wife before Christmas, like they promise in their advertisement I will. I am super furious with Jared, I will never ever purchase from. them, nor recommend them, not even to my worse enemy.

Spent $300 on a piece of jewellery and didn't even receive a box where I could put the jewellery in for a present. Customer service is horrible. They really dont care about their clients.

12/14/2020 I purchased a gold rope and within a month the clasp broke. I took into the Jared's on cooper here in Arlington tx and both sales ladies were rude. The greeter had me waiting and didn't think I noticed the white customer she instructed the staff to help him even though we were there before him. Needless to say my necklace was ready and I went to pick it up the sales lady just handed it to me. No bag no nothing just a here you go.....I've purchased several necklaces from Jared's and I can honestly say this will be me my last purchase. Very unprofessiona!!!!

After placing an online order on 11/20, I received an email showing one of my items estimated ship date would be 11/25 & the other would be 12/4. On 11/30, I check tracking to see both of my items are showing the same estimated ship dates, but have a message of ‘preparing item from inventory’.On 12/8, after not receiving the packages or receiving any correspondence, I called Customer Service and was told that one item was on back order and it would ‘never ship’ and she would send the other order to inquiry and I would hear from them in 2-3 days. After hearing nothing, I called back to find out that it takes 2-3 weeks to hear back on inquiries and it appears that neither of my items are in stock. The rep flat out said that it would probably never be available and shipped and speaking to a Supervisor wouldn’t change anything. The only email correspondence from this company was the one immediately following the online purchase; stating estimated ship dates. So, since I can’t cancel the order, I’m to just continue to expect that at sometime in the future it ‘might’ become available and I’ll receive the charge to my credit card? This is ridiculous! I would not recommend doing business online with this company!

Received my order today. From one of the Pandora earrings (bangle tiara wishbone) the back part is missing. I do not want to return them. I contacted customer service chat. Apparently the only choice i have is to return them.

I took my wedding ring to South Portland Jared to get it cleaned and inspected.I was told one of my diamond had a fracture in it and need to be sent out to be fixed,it was promised to be back on 11/23/2020.When no one called us my husband called South Portland that Friday and was told we will call the company and get back to you.No one called so I called South Portland and the lady said she did not know if the store it when’s to get my ring.So I told her somebody needs to find it she was supposed to call no call.I called South Portland again and said I want my money or the ring replaced she said I would need to cancel on having them fixed told her that’s fine.Well this was the first I ever got a call back.She said that she had called the big Jared company and they still have not got back to her..So she sent them a email I told her if they would not pick up the phone did she really think a email would get returned.Told her I wanted my money back she told me because the diamond was three years old we could not get the money back.So I called customer care line Friday and was told someone would call me back in a couple of days once again no one called.I called and I was told it could be two weeks before someone calls.I get because of the virus things are messed up but just a call would be nice this is no way to run a business.I don’t think I will ever see my ring again
