Terrible Service. I went online and was offered a $25 off coupon for putting in my number. Didnt have any exclusions on code that was texted to me. I put in code and found that it didn't work on pandora. I tried to place the order and it was giving me issues. Jared put a hold of $344 / 14 different times yes I said 14 transactions. Never got a confirmation code. Everyone beware of their online practice. I called their customer service and they said it would fall off in 7-10 days. I said I had a house payment coming through and their response was.. "Well the holds will fall off in 7-10 days." Seriously how can they Zap your account without a confirmation. Worst company ever. Don't Purchase from JARED! If customer service cant help then what good are they!!!! I know this won't get any response but I feel everyone should know before they purchase from JAREDS!

Terrible experience... I would not recommend purchasing from this establishment. I'm hoping with our review someone will call us. They talked my husband into every upgrade, including donations which he did, just to find out that there wasn't even insurance... and the cleaning kit is not compatible with the stones in the ring. A stone fell out in less than 24 hours and there wasn't even someone that would answer our call and we are not allowed in the store because covid-19... Disappointed that they sold a stone as cloudy as they did for the price they did. They should be be ashamed for this experience. Of course I acted so surprised because he thought he did good, but the store should be shamed for selling a cloudy emerald (3/4) for 3k. Called customer service 6 times and never had the ability to speak with someone that could help as I've spent a total of 3 hours on hold throughout hght the day. I've been on hold for the 6th time for 30 plus minutes. Spoke with the first tier and she tried to dismiss me and indicated there was nothing wrong with the order and I could just return in 30 days but had to schedule an appointment which could take up to 45 days. I asked for management given our receipt says insurance but she said it's not covered.

Ppurchased a Pandora Reflexions bracelet from Jared online .... it is FAKE .... should have been 18k gold over 925 silver ... but the markings are poorly stamped, hard to read, and say "met" (for metal) instead of 925 or 18k .... definitely a ripoff!!!!

I only give one star because I don't have the option to give "0" stars. I used Jared to get my mother a mother's day ring. The ring was beautiful, however, a stone fell out the 2nd month she had it. Well, the ring was only covered under a 30 day warranty, so they will not replace it. A 30 day warranty should have told me in the beginning they don't stand behind their work. Stupid me! I will never purchase from them again. The reason for going with Jared is because I thought they were a reputable jeweler, but I have since learned they are a disappointment.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED - I will NEVER use Jared.com again. My experience was like many here. I have spent thousands of dollars in my local Jared store and always felt they were professional and the services was good. This year I ordered a valentines present for my wife - I ordered on the 8th of Feb because the site assured me it would arrive before the 14th. Expected delivery was the 11th. Each day I checked and the site said my order was preparing to be shipped. The 11th came and went and that status never changed. I reached out to Customer Service via Chat and while they were polite and professional they had less information than I did from the site - which was virtually nothing. I was told my case had been forwarded to someone named Joe in their ecommerce group to be investigated but that it would take u to 14 days before I would get an answer. I kept trying to get any information, Valentines Day came and went, the status never changed and then yesterday when I checked I found the order had been cancelled. No explanation, no email proactively informing me. Nothing. Just cancelled. The charge has fallen off my credit card, but I feel I was the victim of a bait and switch scam. Had I known that Jared was going to be completely incapable of filling my order in time I would have shopped elsewhere. Message to Ms. Virginia Drossos - you need to fix this part of your company!!! Your online service is beneath unacceptable! This kind of incompetence might have been ok 20 years ago at the beginning of the dotcom age, but now no major corporation can continue with this abject level of service! - Just look at the reviews on this site alone! - And there are dozens of other sites with hundreds of complaints. A 6 billion dollar corporation can't continue to be this bad. I sincerely hope someone at your company is taking this seriously. Until then you have one fewer loyal customers.

I was given a beautiful gold necklace from my son and daughter-in-law that they purchased from Jared's. The chain was 18 inches with a 16 inch adjustment but still did not hang right. The saleswoman was helpful and we decided a 14 or 15 inch would work well. The charge was $46.00 to have it sized. They only had to take out a few inches and reattach the fastener, a ten minute fix.I ended up returning it for the purchase price of $250.00. Seriously? Bad business, bad customer service, I will never shop there again. I cannot imagine how much it would be to purchase a ring there and have it resized?

I took my Michaels Kors watch to have the battery changed they ruined my watch and they won’t do nothing about it they are the worst piece of crap jewelry store I ever visited

Wow..... let me just start my pitty party like this..... I got a message from a family member to go to Jared.com because they are having a huge sale of Pandora.... I was like perfect.... they remember I couldn’t get them the bracelets they wanted for Christmas so perfect time for valentines since it’s coming up and I wanted to do something special. Specially for my oldest daughter that her father just passed away 3 weeks ago..... I place the order and got approved for the credit card and it said that I was able to purchase my items with the new credit but never was giving an account number nor an email never came through. Call customer service and they said, they can’t do anything about it, to call the credit card company. I call and they said they can’t provide me with the account # over the phone to call back customer service.... no luck..... time is ticking and items are going fast because it’s 50% off. I got an email to review they service. I gave them horrible rating. The next day I get a call back to talk about my survey. The lady was very nice and told me that I should be able to link my account to the order after filling out my profile which I already did but no account populated. She told me to just call the store and place the order online at the store which they be able to get the account # for me. I made an appointment and ordered my merchandise but here it’s were everything went down hell..... they didn’t ask me what size? They didn’t catch on the charm was not for the bracelets it’s for a necklace..... so yesss I got my order all messed up because the expert at the jewelry store was not helping me.... they was just ready to make the sale and get me out of there. My first time purchasing from Jared..... no return or exchange policy “for pandora” and when I call customer service, they told me to go to the store since they did the order with me at the store and they should be able to fix it and get me the correct items..... well to my surprise the young lady and manager at the store “Lisa” were just totally rude and unapologetic about what they did and there is nothing she can’t do.... she even said that “I don’t even know your daughters”...... why would you even made a statement like that..... just very unprofessional and just simply rude. No manners. I was very calm but firm and walk away..... got in the car and call customer service crying because of how humiliating I’m just felt. My feelings were so hurt because at the end of the day it was for my girls and I got the run around and nothing was resolve. I will never purchase from them again. I will close my account as soon as I receive my bill and paid my balance in full. Not worth my money nor my time!
