Terrible! Jared ruined my Valentines Day Gift completely! Every holiday I buy my mother a charm to add to her Pandora moments bracelet. My mother is spending Valentine’s Day alone because she’s single so, I wanted to buy her a charm to remind her she is special to someone in the world and surprise her on Valentine’s Day. As I was going to Pandora to order I noticed Jared had a sale. I should’ve never taken the bait. But I found a nice charm in my mothers favorite color purple and ordered it within the timeframe the website specified to receive in time for Valentines. Three days before VDay it arrives but it’s not what I ordered. I called customer service and she tells me because it’s their fault she can make the exception for a return at a store in my area. But I’m still empty-handed and it’s three days before Valentine’s. Had it been anywhere else they would have done something to rectify the situation. They didn’t offer me free overnight shipping on another item from the site. They didn’t offer me a similar item from the store as an exchange, no gift card for my troubles, no discount on another item, nothing! They stole the sale from a reputable company that could deliver what you want, on time and they couldn’t follow through. I’m left empty handed and scrambling at last minute to not be empty handed and they did nothing to help fix it. They don’t care about you being a satisfied customer they only care about making the sale. Stay away!

Very dissatisfied. My fiancé picked out a beautiful ring for me. It was a little big so he took it back and got it resized. When the resizing was finished there were 3 tiny diamonds missing and the silver was tarnished from possibly the flames because it was darker in color. So at that point it was sent off for about a week to fix the issues. The ring looked much better when we got it back, however within a week it began to tarnish again. The bottom of the band looks shiny but the top near and underneath the middle diamond is tarnished again like that part of it isn't real sterling silver or something. We couldn't afford insurance on it and our 30 days are up so I am stuck with a ring that looks like it came from a vending machine.

Jared's is a special place for us. They are friendly yet very professional. This was our second purchase. First was exactly 1 year ago for a solitaire diamond. At that time we both liked the Enhancer to compliment the ring. He promised it would be given at a special time! We very happy with our purchases. I wanted to post a picture but never was offered an opportunity.

Order on dec 19. Site said order by dec 21 Supposed to come before Christmas for my mothers main gift. Dec 24 Never came no update called and was told That I would be put into a E commerce team that could take up to 10 days . Nobody contacted me in that time period then told it could take up to three weeks. Called in between then told there was nothing they could do. Jan 24. Called again. Was told that my case was assigned to someone Jan 22. Tried to get them on the phone. Not at work. later that day get an update that the vendor could not locate the package and that I will be receiving a refund and assumably because it was out of stock(pandora bracelet). Then wait 3-5 more business for my refund with no offered compensation.

I wish I had read some of these reviews on this site before placing an online order with Jared, it would have saved me a lot of time and stress. Found a nice item online as a gift. Estimated delivery date came and went, my order was still "processing" every time I checked. I finally called customer service and they assured me that the item was available, but processing time was taking longer due to the pandemic. I called two more times over the course of the next week, as this was a time sensitive gift, and was told the exact same thing. Finally, as experienced by other reviews here, just received a cancellation email out of the blue. Customer service this time confirmed that the item is not available. Since this purchase was made with financing, I'm unable to buy another item elsewhere until the refund is processed because my credit is tied up. This is the worst online order experience I have ever had, and even more disappointing from a company that I thought was reputable. I won’t be ordering from Jared again. They need to do better, and not place items on their website that they are unable to fulfill. On a positive note, customer service reps were always easy to reach and friendly, but providing accurate and consistent information would be even better.

Product was delivered on time, however packaging was cheesy and damaged and definitely unpresentable. I reached out to customer service and explained my issue to the rep who was unbelievably rude, and of no help. Thank God, for my local Jared store located in Willow Grove, PA. I went to the store explained my problem and they took care of me in less than 5 minutes I was out the door. Consider this a warning about ordering from the Jared.com, if you purchase and are upset about the smallest issue, customer service will likely be of no help to you, stick to store and save yourself the trouble. I generally never write reviews, but I’m so disappointed with my online purchase, I felt I must. I purchased a ring for my daughter for her birthday. They gave the date of delivery as Jan. 13, which is her birthday, so of course I was so pleased. She anxiously awaited her gift and she’s been waiting ever since, until today, Jan. 22. I just received an email stating it was canceled because it wasn’t available. I do a lot of online purchasing and I must say, this has never happened before. I even contacted them 3 days ago & they said it was waiting to ship it. Poor customer service to say the least. I had my eye on a couple other items, but I’ll save myself the trouble & go elsewhere.

So I ordered a Pandora rose gold bangle and a matching charm that came up to 137$ on 11/30. About two days later I see a confirmation email about shipping with the estimated delivery date on the 5th. I click on the link to view the order with also provided my tracking number from ups. I clicked on the number which directed me to another page with an estimated delivery date on the 6th. I didn’t think nothing of it until the 5th came and no delivery or updated tracking information so I decided to wait until that next day which also was a estimated date posted. To my surprise nothing. So I went online and did the virtual chat and they informed me that they don’t following the tracking and matter of fact they didn’t know anything about the delay until I messaged them. Which is a little odd honestly anyway they told me that they will place a ticket for ecom to find out what’s going on. Ok no problem I waited two days and not even an email. So I entered another chat and this time they informed me that ecom handle all claims in the order they come in and that it normal takes 7-14 business day for them to find out what happened: woow so I called the 1800 number I finally collected from them. I called and still received no answer or hope. So basic at this point I’m out 137$ waiting for them to tell me where my items are at or to be refunded. I will never purchase from them again.....
