I ordered a $1000 watch and received a $200 watch. The invoice was correct, the tags were correct. But the watch was wrong. How a mistake of this magnitude happens is truly beyond me. I will never shop here again. I went to Macys and bought the same watch there and actually got it within 2 days. Jared took a week to deliver me the wrong watch then two weeks to get me my refund. Save your money for somewhere else.

Mixed Customer Service Expierence. I purchased a very nice ring online. After I purchased, I had a few quetions so I called customer service. They could not provide any details about the piece, such as the width of the piece, gold weight, and things like that. There was no expectation that these things would be memorized; there is an expectation that they have access to the information. I was on the phone for almost an hour for them to read back to me the information on the site. I did finally get the information I wanted, but not because they provided it. Conversely, in the 24-48 hours I saw the piece I bought increase in price and then decrease by about 160.00. I did not have any problem having them adjust the price to the lower price. I probably won't go back just because I prefer more knowledgeable sales people.

My ring is beautiful but it has turned my finger green several times and after just shy of 6 months, a diamond chip has fallen out of it. (14k gold $1200 divorce present to self after an abusive marriage)

My ring, $1000 on sale, is gorgeous . It sparkles like crazy. However. It is periodically turning my finger black. I contacted customer service who responded that yes, (per the listing) my ring is 14k gold. This was their only response. My 14k gold ring from James Allen is NOT turning my finger black. I guess I will take it to a local reputable jeweler to have it verified as 14k gold or not actually.

I bought an aquamarine ring for myself on Black Friday because it was a really good deal. Was pretty disappointed when I received it to find a sticker still on the ring that said made in china. Very very disappointed. Will not buy from there again

My son bought his girlfriend a 2-ruby and diamond ring for Christmas. She opened it on Xmas eve and by Xmas day one of the ruby's had already fallen out! What a disappointment! She didn't even get to show it off. Don't go to this store, my son could have got a much finer ring for the same price or cheaper at J&L Jewelry Long Beach CA. The only store I purchase jewelry from.

On March 24, 2024 I ordered a pair of Children's Cross Stud Earrings 14K Yellow Gold for my niece's First Communion. She just got her ears pierced so she had to wait to wear this gift. She put them on last week and both backs fell off. And yes, an adult helped after the first one fell off to make sure it was secure. Fortunately she did not lose the earrings, but what a disappointment!! Insult to injury...she lives in Montana, no store in the state to fix the problem. Customers should be able to count on quality - even for children's jewelry. Lesson learned, even from a good jewelry store, check all clasps, hooks, backs, and everything else because you might get a lemon.
