I pressed the button to complete my purchase, and I received an error stating an item was out of stock. However, the transaction went through 10 times. Yes... 10 times. Now i have no order and a huge line of credit to the Max until these charges come off. It turns out all if the items are out if stock. I don’t understand how a company this lathe operates this way. I took a lot of time to pick out My items. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

I ignored some of the bad reviews about Jared thinking that some people just had bad luck with Jared. But my experience turned out to be the same... I went to multiple Jared jewelers to search for a wedding band for my fiancé, and they always looked at me like I didn’t belong there, despite dressing up. Finally someone came to help me. After looking at a couple of rings, I wanted to think through the night of which ones I wanted to get. I got the business card from the jewelry specialist who helped me, who told me to call her when I finalized it and she would place the order for me. The next day I called her and she quoted how she had “trouble” hearing me so she would give me a callback, but she never did. Finally I got hold of an online specialist through Jared.com, who actually was very pleasant. However, I had so much trouble placing the order online, as it kept telling me that my order didn’t go through. I thought it was my bank placing a hold so I called them and increased my daily spending limit. They did that and my order finally went through. 4 dats later, I log into Jared.com to check my order status. And guess what? IT WAS CANCELLED. BUT THEY NEVER SENT ME ANY NOTIFICATION OR EMAIL, EVEN THOUGH THEY CLAIM THEY “SENT A CANCELLATION EMAIL THE DAY AFTER”. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AS THEY ARE ALL LIARS! Please take your money and spend it somewhere else. Save yourself stress and a headache trying to get something from Jared.

HORRIBLE STAFF EXPERIENCE!

Tried to purchase a Pandora bracelet and like the others they put a hold on your cc for 1-7 days not good business some items clearly say out of stock so why isn’t it consistent throughout the site??? Calling my bank and disputing Don’t order from Jared not reputable

I wish I would have found this site before I tried purchasing a bracelet for my sister. I placed my order, and sure enough a message popped up saying the item wasn't availble. It was a pandora bracelet. Checked my bank acct the next day because its over $200 short, and my purchase that wasnt available went through 6 times. I tried calling customer service but its closed. If they no longer have an item why cant they make it unavailable when putting items into the cart? Im never shopping Jareds crappy jewelry again.

I placed an online order. Went completely through the checkout process. I clicked the buy now button only to receive a message that the order didn't go through and to try again. I closed the window, went back to my cart and tried again. It said the same thing. I decided to check my account. When I looked at my checking account Jared had pre authorized the purchase price 9 times. I've since learned they have done it to a lot of people. I contacted my bank and they are investigating. Now I've learned Jared quit selling Pandora jewelry which is what I was trying to buy 4 days ago. None of the orders people are placing are going through but Jared is not running it through just once but multiple times causing people to overdraft their checking accounts. Their response is, "we're sorry, we are trying to fix the situation. The pending authorization will fall off in a few days. You haven't lost your money" then they hang up on you. A Pandora group I am on have 100's of people experiencing the same thing. They are still showing items available for purchase and refuse to remove them from their website. I will be contacting the BBB and an attorney.

i spent over half an hour to place an order because online order doesn't work. after giving my credit card info, i was told items are not available. so why inventory shows available. i was told IT needs to update website. how come their people couldn't even tell at the beginning of the order that they are not available. if i can give less than 1 star, i would. what a waste of time.

Jared Jewelers Willowbrook Houston was a bad experience. They really make you feel like you’re not important when you aren’t dressed up to shop for some jewelry. They would not assist when buying a ring or picking up nor did they call when it came it when we had to order online in store and call them. Employees standing around doing nothing and not helping, Jared you need to train your employees better and have the guys assist the guys and not avoid them and when a female walks in helps her right away.
