Some decent deals but obviously not guaranteed.
You do get some really good deals to your inbox, however more often than not, these are off peak and not usually during UK school holidays. If you can drop everything and just book, it's definitely worth it. If your dates are specific, then it's more a question of luck and hoping for the right deals at the right time.

You’re absolutely right! Many of the best prices tend to show up off-peak, making it easier for travellers with flexible dates. We understand that families and those with set schedules face more challenges finding that perfect match. It's unfair and shouldn't be the case - we all deserve to travel at prices that are fair to all. Your input helps us as we keep searching for deals that meet a wider range of needs. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts! 💙

Good regular updates
Good regular updates. Not always possible to live the jet setter lifestyle! Wish I could!! Currently unable to travel so cancelled membership but enjoyed the updates overall. Only negative is some deals recommended are in the off peak season when weather for certain areas isn't the best as well.

Thanks for your thoughtful feedback! We know not everyone can take off on a whim, and we appreciate you being part of our community even if you’re not travelling right now. Your comment about off-peak deals is helpful, too. We include a mix of options to suit a variety of budgets, but we’ll keep looking for ways to highlight deals that offer great value during more desirable seasons. Thanks again for sharing your experience! ✈️

I'm not getting enough varied deals…
I'm not getting enough varied deals anymore. Too many flights on RyanAir too. We need a way to filter these out. I spend as much time filtering out their airline for the routes coming through Jacks Flight club nowadays that I just end up looking for deals myself. Not getting the value I used to. I appreciate the ongoing airport parking discount of Jacks Flight club but do offer more varied airlines if sharing budget options (easyJet, TUI, Jet2) otherwise I'll need to cancel my premium subscription.

Hey Devon, we understand how important it is to have a range of airlines and routes, and your suggestion about filtering out certain airlines is super helpful. It’s something we’re definitely considering as we continue improving our service. I’m glad you’ve found our ongoing airport parking discount useful, and we really appreciate your support. We’ll take your comments on board as we work to share more varied budget options. Thanks again for letting us know what would add more value for you. This is super helpful 💙

So very sorry to see of your experience and we are more than happy to address any issues with your subscription. Sadly, there was no further context provided that we can give any insight on regarding why you think our site is a scam (can assure you that it's not, you can read the positive reviews here yourself) and we ask that you please reach out to our Member Experience team, so they may take a look into any query that you have! We are here to help, so let us know how we may do that.

SCAM
Signed up for a trial to see if it was worth the subscription. It was not, so cancelled 2 weeks before the end of the trial, however JFC have deducted a years subscription from my account. I now have to contact my bank to get a block put on them. I have also emailed support to request the refund and why they have taken, even stolen the money as it was not authoirsed! - Be aware of this scam!!
Response from Jack's Flight ClubFeb 25, 2025
Hi Angela, I can see on our database that you signed up December 28th 2024 on 30 day trial for £1, which was cancelled on Jan 17th and so was automatically downgraded on January 27th without taking any further payment. Our payment processor Stripe is showing that only one successful payment of only £1 was made associated with your email address, so I'd like to investigate further. I can see you've been in touch with our support team and so I will follow up with you directly to try and get to the bottom of things.

Savings and adventures
Has saved me lots of money, but most importantly has opened my eyes to visiting places I wouldn’t have otherwise :) Highly recommend.
Response from Jack's Flight ClubFeb 25, 2025
This is literally why we do what we do. To open your eyes to places unknown, or to place you never even thought were possible to fly to. Thanks Ticki, really appreciate you leaving us a review, and I hope you've got travel plans coming up soon! ☺️
