Great customer service and I like the…
Great customer service and I like the short articles talking about the destinations with each alert. Need more airports! My closest is 3-1/2 hour drive from where I live in Huntsville, AL. I understand that HSV is probably too small to track but what about Nashville, TN?
Response from Jack's Flight ClubMay 19, 2025
Hey, Mark! Thanks so much for letting us know that you'd like to receive deals from Nashville. While we aren't offering deals from there at this time, we are always working on expanding to new zones. Please add the airport to your departure options, so you can be alerted when we start sending deals from there in the future :)

Astoundingly good prices, both Europe and long haul
Very good offers. I haven't booked one yet but will definitely book a long haul flight at some stage. Just one deal will easily pay for the annual fee. A very accessible and easy to use service.

I doubt I will renew
I doubt I will renew. They reported an attractive premium economy deal on an airline I regularly fly with status. I called the airline to book it. They had no idea what I was talking about and transferred me to another dept where they also told me the same. I felt the airline made an honest effort. There was not a deal as reported.

Hey, Ronald! Thanks for taking the time to leave us this review and we're truly sorry to see that you were unable to book that deal. We would love to look into this offer more but sadly, there were not enough details for us to identify which tip you were referring to. Please reach out to our Member Experience team at [email protected] with the subject of the tip, so we can further investigate. We hope to hear from you soon!

No flexibility
I want flights from Frankfort to Istanbul for example but it is just sending deals from Toronto ... I am not happy and will not renew unless the platform is improved

Thanks for taking the time to leave your review and giving us a chance to look into this matter for you. In reviewing your account details, it was noted that Canadian airport options were entered as your departure preferences when you created your account. As offers are based on the airports chosen, this would be the reason you are only receiving Canadian deals. We have sent you an email with instructions on how to edit your flight settings but if you need assistance with anything else, please don't hesitate to get back in touch with the Member Experience team :)
