Hi Wayne, sorry you've been frustrated with signing up. I can confirm our Free membership level is just that - 100% free. Just sign up from the homepage. Some of our advertising campaigns have unique, specific flows that give priority to upgrade offers over the Free level of membership, so you might have seen one of those. FYI, Free members don't get as many alerts as Premium and the alerts are also delayed so it's well worth going Premium to get the goods before everyone else. Our members are definitely saving money on standard fares, particularly on long-haul flights and they often say they cover the cost of annual membership many times over.

Hi James, noting this is the second review you've left without giving us any information that would help us solve the problem. Unfortunately, we don't get to see any account details or email information on Trustpilot for 'organic', unverified reviews like yours, so I'm afraid if you don't help us, we can't help you. We have millions of members and anonymous reviews from people we can't associate with a Jack's Flight Club account are impossible to investigate, so there's no way we can get to the bottom of your issue. You sound pissed off, and tbh we're pretty frustrated too now. We've previously asked you to respond to our support team directly with further details and after your earlier review also requested you respond through Trustpilot. You haven't so far. I am not a member as yet of Jack's, but after reading some notes on ABTA and ATOL companies which was on Jack's website, I followed with an email. I asked specifically about a company we were looking to book a pretty big tour with, who weren't either of the above. They went out their way to check up on the company and gave us enough assurances for us to reconsider booking with the company. All within 24 hours of my request. Thank you so much. Really appreciated.

Free membership... I see that you don't want people to have this instead of paid membership, but why advertise that you can view "1 or 2" relevant flight offers to the countries you listed as being interested in, but then when you try to view just one it immediately says 'premium only' and wants you to sign up to see it? Is there a point to free membership if you aren't even allowed to view a single relevant flight in a week? I hope you resolve this. I was curious to see what types of flights you actually found before signing up!

Hey, Richard! Thanks for taking the time to leave your review. While we do have a paid membership that unlocks all our content, Free members still receive 1 or 2 emails a week with a roundup of all the available flights from their region. We selectively unlock one or two of those for each member at a time and the system tries to guess an appropriate one based on your profile information. You can also then access all your unlocked flights in the Members Lounge after signing in. Free members also get notified when a Premium flight to one of your wish-list destinations comes up. In short Premium members have access to everything straight away and Free members see most of them after a delay, but can only access alerts that have been unlocked for them, based on their profile. If you can't see any unlocked items in your Members Lounge, please get in touch with the team directly via [email protected] and we'll see what we can do! Positive experience overall but I have not taken advantage of any offers yet because I purchase flights at least 3 months in advance. The deals look good but they are often for basic economy or more last minute (for me) time frames. There are helpful articles on different cities and helpful general travel articles on the website. Lastly, I appreciate the ability to select multiple "preferred" home airports and destinations of interest.

Hey, there, thanks so much for your review! We love knowing that you have been enjoying our write ups and the features of the product itself. We provide both getaways and our regular flight tips. Getaways can be next month or a few months away and flight tips can be within months to even early next year. To differentiate between the two visually in your Lounge, getaways have the image vertical, on the left and regular tips horizontal, on the top. Getaways will also have the date displayed on the offer, whereas you would need to click on the regular tip to view the dates. This would help in knowing which offer would work the best for you and assist with your planning :) To make it easier to see just your flight tips, click on the Filters button in the top, left of your Lounge, Flight Types and choose only Guides, apply the filter. We want to get our members all around the world on any budget and this does mean that we will look for the cheapest way of doing that. We look at both luxury and budget airlines but lots of the best offers will be on budget airlines. This does not mean that we don't look for premium economy or business (or even better!) and make sure that we send those tips out as well :) We completely understand that travelling on budget airlines is not for everyone and we do our utmost to cater to the needs of all of our members. Our mission has always been to make sure that air travel and being able to see as much of the world as possible is available to everyone and that you're not just limited to the bigger airlines that you know and fares that are out of reach. We hope that we will be able to find the right offers for you, on the airlines that you're after and get you out on a travel adventure!
