Bunch of scam artists, took a years renewal almost a month before my renewal date, sent messages to the so called customer service asking for a refund and to cancel my subscription. logged on today to find they had canceled the subscription but never gave me a refund. If you have any problems they are impossible to get hold of to resolve issues, probably to busy traveling around the world with all the money they steal from us. Avoid like the plague and to be honest the deals are not good anymore not worth the subscription fee.

Taking a look through your account history, we can't find any prior contact from the email address used for this review. Do you have any other emails you might have contacted us from or signed up with? Our Member Experience team reached out to you providing screenshots with the search of your email address (both variations), where it showed there was no email received to us. Also, the team is reachable via direct email and through several links on the site and contact us page. During the week, replies are received within minutes and at the very most, hours. This is a bit longer over the weekend. We've asked that you forward copies of emails sent to the team, so that we can verify which email address they've been sent to (ensuring it's our correct, support email address) and investigate any service failure but to date, you haven't provided those examples to help us resolve matters. When checking your subscription, there was no charge since your fee was due in February 2025 and this has been the same date for the last 2 fees taken. Your fee was not taken a month earlier nor was the subscription cancelled from our end until yesterday, following our email outreach.
