Don't feel I'm getting the full value for my subscription when you want to re-direct me to google flights.

Bookings are not done through us and Google Flights is one of the sites that we use to assist you in having an easy to use option to locate the offers that we've found, so you may actually book them. We understand that you might think, wait... I can find that price myself, what's the point? While it is definitely possible for you to find flights in a decent price range, it may not be the types of fares that we are able to locate. Google Flights is not what we use to locate our deals. We have a dedicated team who scour the internet daily, using tools and years of travel experience, to find you deals to the places you're after and also, inspiration to places you might not have thought of. They then make it as easy as possible for you to book by sending you a Google Flights link or letting you know that the offer is available through the airline directly. We can never predict where and when a deal will come up for, but typically we're able to help most of our members with deals to all over the world. We definitely hope that we are able to find the perfect offer for you soon and when we do, please ensure that you send us a Postcard :) Of course, anything that is needed, our Member Experience team is there to assist you!

I've found so many cheap flights through Jack's Flight Club, and been to places I never thought I'd visit. Totally worth the subscription. Just came back from an Easter weekend trip to Iceland and saved so much money!

Terrible I looked into this company never subscribed but they’ve just taken £48 from my account tried to get off their subscription but it’s not working like last time I tried

Cancelled free subscription after only one week and told I did not have an account linked to my email. emailed three times to cancel yes charged £46 after free month expired, and so far no REFUND. Be very careful subscribing as they will take your money. Very unpleasant experience and am worried in a year same will happen as THEY WILL TAKE MONEY AGAIN.
