Jack’s automatically renewed my membership without my permission…. Ive disputed the charge and closed my account ( I think).if you can assist them in my refund that would be helpful

Hi, Shelby, we're definitely happy to look into your account more for you! At the time of sign up, we always make sure to inform our members that all our plans are automatically renewing and can be canceled at any time. However, we understand that it can be easy to forget or overlook this detail. That sign up does require your card details, which asks that you approve of the auto-renewing charge before you are sent our Premium alerts. We pride ourselves on being very transparent with plan details, pricing & dates and this information was all displayed when you created your account with us. In checking through your membership details, it was noted that your sign up was done in 2023, meaning your renewal in 2025 was your 2nd renewal (both 2024 and 2025's renewals were completed on the same date as your initial 2023 sign up - July 05th). We checked through to ensure there was no request to cancel the billing, indicating that you would not have wanted the 2025 renewal, but were unable to find any prior request to cancel. We would have been more than happy to offer you a refund of your 2025 renewal, but the request was made on August 01st 2025, which was outside of our 14 day refund policy. Your billing has been canceled and confirmed by the Member Experience agent that you spoke with. We will await the update from your bank regarding the dispute and the confirmation from them of the outcome.

I asked a bit of a convoluted question, which in all honesty would have taken some working out. We're new to Jack's club and the first price i worked out was unbelievable. I asked if you would confirm it. Seems I wasn't far out! We can't make that trip now as we booked something else. I just hope it comes up again!

If you travel a lot, or even if you don't, you could save the member fee and lots more on just one flight. They root out fantastic deals that we would hardly ever find on our own.
