Fake promises
I became a member in May 2024, was promised 7-10 alerts per week and basically sold a dream! Don't trust them! I probably got that amount of alerts in a year or more! They replied to my review making out like I don't know what I'm doing! Now that the year is over they decide to tell me to check my settings!!! Bunch of crooks!

Clutters up my mailbox with irrelevant flights. Not once found a decent deal in all the years I've subscribed (both paid and free) Update: the reply implies I never had a premium account. It was cancelled on 25 Jul 2019, 17:35

Careful, scammy ways of charging people for a service that is supposed to save you money, ironically.

At the time of sign-up, we always make sure to inform our members that all our plans are automatically renewing and can be canceled at any time. However, we understand that it can be easy to forget or overlook this detail. That signup does require your card details, which asks that you approve of the auto-renewing charge before you are sent our Premium alerts. We had reached out to you to further assist with the matter, but sadly, have not received a reply to date with your account details, so we could take a look at your account to ensure there was no service failure. We do hope to hear from you soon and ask that you please email our Member Experience team at [email protected] for us to further investigate.
