Haven't been able to use this service. They do not service the Cincinnati area where I live. I have not been able to find a transfer to a location Jack's services that would be beneficial.

Hey, Alan! We aren't offering departures from Cincinnati as of yet but are always working on adding new zones. Just for reference, we do currently offer departures from various airports in Boston, Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington D.C., Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, as well as Sacramento, Seattle, Orlando, Tampa, Miami, Atlanta, Texas, Denver, Phoenix, and we've also started covering Salt Lake, Portland and Las Vegas. We hope that we will be able to offer you tips from Cincinnati soon and we are working on it!
