Hey, Ryan! We're happy to have an opportunity to look further into your query and to confirm the details of your account. In checking through your account history, we were unable to find a request to cancel prior to your email to us on September 01st 2025. The agent advised of this and asked for a copy of the confirmation you would have received if there was a cancellation completed through your Lounge, but sadly no copy was forwarded to us. We also noted that you were still receiving and accessing flights, an indication that your membership was still in tact and not cancelled. Your request to cancel and receive a refund were received outside of the refund timeframe, per our Terms. We are always more than happy to assist and review queries but threats are not necessary to receive service from our Member Experience team. We were pleased to see the matter was resolved with them.

Hey, Regan! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us! We do make it very clear on the site that we want to get our members all around the world on any budget and this does mean that we will look for the cheapest way of doing that. We look at both luxury and budget airlines but lots of the best offers will be on budget airlines. This does not mean that we don't look for premium economy or business (or even better!) and make sure that we send those tips out as well :) We completely understand that travelling on budget airlines is not for everyone and we do our utmost to cater to the needs of all of our members. Our mission has always been to make sure that air travel and being able to see as much of the world as possible is available to everyone and that you're not just limited to the bigger airlines that you know and fares that are out of reach. We hope that we will be able to find the right offers for you, on the airlines that you're after and get you out on a travel adventure!
