Poor responses to queries
Not very pleased as recently asked for flights that are cheap to several places and they don't reply or reply with more expensive options than I found...

Hi, Jenni. Thanks for getting in touch and letting us know. I do see that your last email to us came in when we were experiencing an influx of contacts. And, as we answer emails from oldest to newest, when you replied on the original email, it bumped your email to the later date than the original one. Please accept our apologies, as we definitely strive to get to your queries within a timely manner and we are usually able to meet this goal.
Your review was disheartening as checking through your email history, we do see that you have contacted us several times for advice and assistance outside of our promised flight service and we've been more than happy to help with any expertise or tips to make your trips even more amazing. We see as well that you normally get same day replies or are updated within 24 hours.
Jack's is built for travellers with a little flexibility who enjoy the inspiration and thrill of a new destination or when a bonkers price to somewhere they've been meaning to go drops into their inbox. If you're locked into specific times/dates or routes, in those cases Jack's service might not be for you for those trips, so running a general search on Google Flights is good advice and a decent way to get a sense of if you have to take particular dates, what are the best value options.
We will always be here to give you amazing flight deals to your bucket list places and some new ones to add to your list, and help with any advice when we can :)

Good but I would appreciate more Canadian departure airports
Deals revealed are generally pretty good, but I hope they add more Canadian departure airports, as the closest currently offered to me (Toronto) is a 7 hour drive away. To be fair though even Google explore map will not readily show deals from my local airport over any time period to any destination even with a connection in Toronto. One has to actually type in their desired destination and timeframe and then open up the price chart or date grid to find those deals so it’s definitely extra work. I presently use the Jacks alerts to at least find a deal from Toronto, then google flights date grid from my local airport to find the best connector deal from my airport.

Hey, JKH! While we aren't offering flights from your local airport as yet, we are always working to add new zones :) We don't ever want to offer a departure unless we know we can really deliver great flights from there and make the service worth while for you.
I do see that you've added your local airport as one of interest. As soon as we start monitoring from there, you'll be alerted.

Bit fed up as charged £48 for membership after free trial when they are now offering membership for £24!!

Absolute moneys worth
Jack’s flight club is a subscription I can’t shake. The whole team have always given me the best service I could have ask for, and for that I’m truly grateful. I think taking flights is a true blessing and this flight club make that blessing much more accessible by sourcing deals that we may miss. I wish they did a lifetime subscription as I’m here for the long haul 😉
