Frances, thank you for this review :) Our Navigators truly love travelling and between all of them, we have years of knowledge and 100s of countries visited. You can definitely see this in every flight alert, they are written individually by one of the team and will not only give you the great flight details, but inspiration and tips for getting the most out of that destination. Hey, Katherine. Thanks for getting in touch and giving us an opportunity to review your account details. We have checked through your email history and note only one email from you on April 03rd 2026 advising of the types of flights you wanted to search for and asking how you could get that done. There was no other request in that email, nor any other email to us, asking that we cancel your membership. We would have gladly assisted you in getting that done ASAP. We had contacted you on August 21st 2026 to follow up on your review as you also stated that we never replied to you. We sent you a screenshot of your email query from April, along with the reply from our Member Experience agent and also the timestamp when you viewed his reply. We asked that you please send us a copy of your cancellation request, if it was sent in a separate email, so we could follow up and investigate. Sadly, there was no reply to date. In the mean time, we have gone ahead and cancelled your billing, to ensure there are no further charges. If you do need anything else, please don't hesitate to reach back out to our Member Experience team by emailing: [email protected]

Oh no, Francis :) This gave us all a good chuckle. You just send your manager our way, we'll deal with 'em. But seriously, thank you so much for your kind words. Our Navigators spend 100s of hours not only finding you great flights but writing each and every one of them up individually. It's always been important to get our members off on the adventures they've dreamed of but making sure we sprinkle in that inspiration with a few suggestions too.
