Great! Cheap flights offer all year around
Response from Jack's Flight ClubOct 6, 2026
Cassiano, thank you so much! Our Navigators know how hard it is to find those really wonderful flight offers during peak times and they ensure they keep their eyes extra peeled, so you have flights just when you're looking for them - peak times and every other time of the year. We're so glad we've been able to bring you great offers and looking forward to bringing you even more!

Tough one, this. I’ve used the service for a couple of years and genuinely found it valuable. Yes, the information is technically available if you search independently, but the convenience — and the fact that some flight deals have very short booking windows — made it worth the money for me. Then, around two or three months ago, the alerts simply stopped. I checked my account settings, found nothing amiss, and reached out to technical support, which appeared to be an AI bot. I was told the issue was resolved… but the alerts never returned. Since then I’ve emailed multiple times and even contacted the founder on LinkedIn. It’s rare for a service to go from a solid 10 to a complete 0, but that’s exactly what happened here. Still no fix.

Hey, Al. Thanks for reaching out to us and highlighting this issue. We have taken a thorough look through your email and account history and apologize for the initial delay when you first advised of the problem. We are sorry that the issue was not noted right away and escalated. Upon escalation, we had been able to confirm that your email provider had been blocking the emails from getting through. You advised that you would change the email to an alternative and upon changing it, were able to see the emails being delivered as normal. This as well was confirmed from your end when you changed the email address back to the original and the alerts stopped again. You had requested the rejection message to forward to your technical team and we were able to provide this along with a screenshot, IPs from the blocked attempts and sending domains. We completely understand that the service was not 5 star worthy with the initial escalation issue, but we're gutted to have 2 stars for an issue that is out of our control and after a lot of resources were devoted to resolving the issue on our end with the new email change and compensation and also providing the details you had requested. We have not heard back since providing the requested information but would love to hear from you and confirm if there's anything else we could assist with from our end. Please don't hesitate to get back in touch!

They find some of the best deals going plus are consistent. Annual fees are reasonable. It would be great if they could find hotel deals to go with various flights.
