Premium subscription take off (offer)…
Premium subscription take off (offer) was exactly what I needed to find a deal for Mexico trip. It would be great if you could customise the reminder (days, frequency) before offer ends to avoid mistaken renewal (hence 4stars). But customer service from the team was excellent in resolving automatic renewal subscription charge.

Customer service at JFC is fantastic
Customer service at JFC is fantastic - response time, helpfulness and overall service is exceptional. Emailed in the evening and response in minutes, and response was above and beyond compared to a lot of companies. Thank you

Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service. Came back immediately to resolve an issue I had. Well done Jacks flight club. Not many businesses resolve anything quickly these days . Brilliant stuff
