I don't find this site remotely useful - all it ever says is search google flights, and the prices they quote are nowhere to be found. i'll stick with skyscanner.
Response from Jack's Flight ClubJan 13, 2026
Hi, Helen. Yes, you're absolutely right that we send members links to places like Google Flights or Skyscanner to actually buy the flights that we find and that's because we don't sell tickets (or even earn any commission on tickets), so we have to send people to the places they can purchase those flights. The Jack's Flight Club service is built to constantly scour the internet and figure out IF a flight price is any good and ONLY then rapidly alert our members that there's an unexpectedly great fare available. At that point we send out the location of how and where to buy that flight (including if necessary, the particular workarounds or hacks to get the price we've found). Jack's is built for travellers with a little flexibility who enjoy the inspiration and thrill of a new destination or when a bonkers price to somewhere they've been meaning to go drops into their inbox. We use a combination of bots, machine learning, data analysis and expert human curation to scan millions of flight routes a week. Our team of expert Flight Finders and travellers whittles that down to only the most worthy fares with savings well under what the public pays. Over 90% of flights get discarded as unworthy and only around 1 in 5,000 make the grade to qualify as an alert, packaged with extra inspiration and expert tips on the destination. Essentially, our experienced Navigators spend hundreds of hours a week sifting and researching so you don't have to and alert you when you should go looking on those sites so you can take advantage of lower than usual prices at the right time. Hope that clears things up! We're gutted that you've given us a 2 star for doing what we set out to do, so we'll try harder to improve our sign up pages and new joiner messages to make things clearer.

Amazing service if you wanna fly for less. JFC is like having 10 + people digging flight deals and travel tips for you, so you don’t miss any travel opportunities! I also love the extra contents they create like the After you land rubric or the travel guides.
Response from Jack's Flight ClubJan 6, 2026

Have followed JFC for many years. Always has great tips for cheap flights and deals. Would be 5* if there were more long haul business flight deals (even though my settings are marked for business).
Response from Jack's Flight ClubJan 6, 2026
Hey, Neal! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us and for your kind words! We want to get our members all around the world on any budget and this does mean that we will look for the cheapest way of doing that. We look at both luxury and budget airlines but lots of the best offers will be on budget airlines. This does not mean that we don't look for premium economy or business (or even better!) and make sure that we send those flights out as well :) We completely understand that travelling on budget airlines is not for everyone and we do our utmost to cater to the needs of all of our members. Our mission has always been to make sure that air travel and being able to see as much of the world as possible is available to everyone and that you're not just limited to the bigger airlines that you know and fares that are out of reach. We hope that we will be able to find the right flights for you, on the airlines that you're after and get you out on a travel adventure! Thanks again for your feedback and it has been shared with the team!
