No customer service at all -- on line chat doesn't function at all and no response to emails. Ordered 8" chainsaw, product is very cheaply made and not of particularly good quality. 2 batteries supplied (as advertised) but only one works. Chainsaw does function but no trust in the likelihood of it continuing for very long. Very unhappy with this 'company' - a bunch of 2 bit scammers. Don't waste your money. Added 26/07/24. Eventually after a slow exchange of emails, in very poor english on their part, and having sent them a video of the fault, they then asked me to "disassemble the battery to see if there was a wire loose"! I cannot believe the stupidity of the company, their unrealistic expectations and positively dangerous proposal. Of course, were I to "disassemble" the battery it would then be 'damaged by the customer' and not replaced. I have told them to just get on and send a new battery! Steer clear of this company at all costs!

Do no buy from this company. SCAM. I was excited to get the weedeater that didn't use string. Ordered on April 13, 2024, received May 3, 2024. Does not work as advertised. Guaranteed refund. I ordered an $110 outdoor garden chair with umbrella stand for my 75 year old mother. We assembled it as instructed, but when the umbrella was attached to the stand it becomes unstable and falls over, which is a hazard for my elderly mother. I emailed as the website advised regarding the return but got no reply. I emailed a second time, got no reply. I messaged them Via the Shop app, and they replied -but have only given me the run around-first about how to assemble the item and now they have offered me a $10 and then $15 refund. Their “policy” per their website is a 30 Day NO RISK policy and they state they have %100 Customer Satisfaction. It feels like they are stalling me so I will be past 30 days after receipt and then ineligible for a return/refund. I cannot advise ordering from this company, they seem intent on being fraudulent and not honoring their own return policy. *edit: they say they didn’t get my email, but they’ve responded three times, all very obviously by 3 different people of different English speaking abilities (no disrespect). Everyone starts off “dear friend, what is the problem with the item?” Like I haven’t explained that 10 times already now. JUST DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I’m currently disputing the purchase with PayPal. If that doesn’t work I will go directly to my. credit card company. I also plan to file complaints with the Consumer fraud division of the FTC

I ordered a tiller on April 23rd. Didn’t hear anything about the shipping. No number to call them so I emailed them many times and told them I’m canceling. They said they could not cancel as it was shipped. I told them I’m going to send it back unopened if I ever get it. Not a good company to do business with. Do not order from this company.

I ordered the cultivator tiller on April 12th...I still have not received my product I paid 179.00 for. I've repeatedly sent emails asking for information on shipment with no response. The shipping no is not valid thru FedEx. I'm going to report them to the better Business bureau. Do Not order from this company!

I bought the three in one trimmer which took almost a month to arrive. During my initial purchase, I also bought the extra 16 piece accessory set. It’s been over a month. I have contacted them repeatedly for them to tell me it’s on its way. here’s the tracking number and the tracking number is bogus. . In addition, the trimmer does not work as advertised

It appears I have been scammed also. They DO NOT respond to any emails. Bought the 2 in 1 saw which worked for 30 minutes and then chain went blunt and is now completely useless. Very expensive mistake. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY. ITEMS UNFIT FOR PURPOSE. They need to be closed down.

I bought a 3-in-1 grass trimmer. It worked for about 5 minutes then died. I contacted the company and instead of sending a replacement product, they sent replacement parts which didn't fix the problem. When I emailed to ask for a refund, they ignored me. Poor quality product, followed by poor customer service. Avoid itoolmax or lose your money.
