Too bad I can't do zero stars
Too bad I can't do zero stars! Ordered online - waited 6 days - still nothing from the company. Chat has me on sit n spin for over an hour now. Emailed to cancel my order - nothing - no reply - nada. No phone number to call so stuck with email and chat. Thinking this company might be a scam.

3 In 1 Cordless Grass Trimmer × 1 Needed to cancel my order just hours after ordering it 9 days ago but no number to contact customer service so I emailed them. No response and now today I get an email that they have shipped my order ignoring my request to cancel it. I will never order from this company again!

我有同样的遭遇买的三合一剪草机在facebook下了单迟迟收不到货, 产品质量太差一个月都不到就彻底坏掉了, 找不到任何客服他也不回邮件, 欺骗只有一次,今后不会买他任何产品, 不知道如何让其他人知道不再受骗上当。

No response from customer service.
Ordered a three in one trimmer on may 31st still has not shipped. I have emailed them asking when it will ship and used the chat feature and get no response. I just want to know when it will be shipped or if I need to just buy something locally before my yard looks terrible.

If the system accepted NO STARS
If the system accepted NO STARS, that’s what I would give this company. After waiting for the weed eater; I received the attachments first, we placed the blades on the tool. Not 3 mins later, the blade broke! Placed the second blade, went outside to test it and it broke. I have sent multiple emails, texts, calls, ( which btw, wrong number listed). They have not responded! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are SCAMMERS! I would like to start a class action lawsuit and put them out of business for selling defective, cheap products online. Anyone interested in joining? I believe the main office is overseas in China

received an 8inch chainsaw and after…
received an 8inch chainsaw and after using it twice it wont go.one battery runs flat quick and the switches never worked properly.i have to take the battery out to turn it off.now i have to throw it away. I have contacted the itoolsupport with no reply!
