I ordered a strimmer and accessories a month ago - still no sign of them. I feel I have been scammed out of my money. What an expensive lesson to learn - NEVER AGAIN! I would NOT recommend buying anything from this non-existent company. No replies to my emails - nothing. I have reported the matter to PayPal but no response as yet. Here's hoping they can help me get a refund.

Add me to the long list of those scammed by this company. I wish I’d checked this site before I bought their Uber-advertised pole saw/chain saw. It worked fine for about 90 minutes and then it didn’t, and doesn’t. First response from their Support (haha) line was ‘take it apart there might be a loose wire’ - fool that I am I followed this bizarre request-no loose wire. Next reply to my increasingly stern emails was ‘are you connecting the poles correctly?’ Stupid response as I’d told them it worked for 90 minutes. Now, nothing but silence in response to my last four emails. I’d love to make these people refund my money, any ideas? Update: you will see that there’s a reply from the company on this site, sounding sympathetic and asking for my order number. I’ve emailed them four times with the order number and detailing my complaint with the tool. Don’t be sucked in by the reply to my comment from itoolmax, they are crooks plain and simple. Don’t get taken like I did.

Itoolmax sells products that do not work. Everything is poorly made they fraud you through their advertising. They state 100 percent customer satisfaction that is not true. Once they get your money they avoid returning emails. There phone number is disconnected you can not talk to a live person. They purchase products mark them up and resell. Do not buy from this online store. You will regret doing so.

Ordered a battery operated cultivator for 169 euro 7 days ago and it's still not even been packaged, let alone shipped. No response to my emails. No telephone number. Absolute utter scammers! Order #44180 from the 25th April. I also contacted you on Facebook 3 weeks ago. The message was read but of course no reply. Numerous emails sent to you at the address you just listed. Zero reply. My bank has already marked you for fraud.

Ordered weeks ago. Cant even access company website or order. And from reading reviews of product I ordered, it will never work anyway. Stay away

I ordered a 3-in-1 cordless grass trimmer and extra blades almost 3 weeks ago. Did not hear a word from the company since initial email when I placed the order on April 7. After I placed the order I used "Shop App" to track the order and saw no change. I found reviews for this "tool' in the Shop App that were all extremely negative with the majority stating this device arrives and never worked, instructions were poor and missing steps, and no repairs / modifications could be made to make it work. Every review where the device arrived broken could not cancel the order and shipping it back, the company made the customer pay for return shipping at huge cost. Today since the order had not even been shipped yet I found the company email to use and sent email stating I want to cancel the order. Company replied back that they were out of stock on this product but as soon as it was available they would ship it to me, completely ignoring my demand to cancel the order. I do not want to receive a defective shoddy tool that will not work and then have to pay an exorbitant cost to ship it back ot the company and wait even longer for them to receive it and reverse the charge to my credit card. My credit card company requires I work with the merchant first, so I am between a rock and a hard place.

Wrong item sent, will not reply,return, replace. Dont waste your money
