Under powered, don't waste your money
The video on YouTube was helpful to assemble the tool, which is the only reason I gave 1 star. The weedwacker doesn't have enough power to cut through 1 inch thin weeds. There is no way it cuts thicker brush in a ditch like the video portray. Watch out for false advertisement. I am going to try and return it.

If I could leave 0 stars about the weed…
If I could leave 0 stars about the weed trimmer, I would. I followed all the instructions in how to assemble. This thin is a joke. Its so bad, it's almost comical. Except for the fact that it seems like the company is taking advantage of elderly people who really need a light tool to use. I used 1 time. It broke right away. It is so wobbly that it is dangerous to use. I have emailed several times, and on different platforms. All I want is a refund. So disappointed that this is not being resolved

was pleased with the customer service
was pleased with the customer service, had a problem and they corrected it. The 3 in one cordless works great. I am in my 80's and have back problems. This machine was a real game changer for me.

Not good for very tall weeds and light…
Not good for very tall weeds and light brush. Besides weeds get stuck on the blade and have to remove them by hand. Furthermore the batteries don't last long and take a long time to charge again. I was able to go faster with my hand tools. It's a waste of money and effort. I would like to add that the first time I use Itoolmax weed wacker, the metal stopper/wear guard broke.

Excellent company
Excellent company! I sent back the original parcel just by going by the picture on the box. I was wrong and should have opened it. The company told me that it was what I ordered in the box and went on to send me it again. No extra cost to me. They went on to ask me if I was happy and offered my support for the product. I was suitably impressed.

I wish I would have checked these…
I wish I would have checked these reviews before making a purchase. Terrible customer support! Ordered 3 Aug and still have not received item. I can't even track, because the tracking number is messed up. Sent multiple messages and even filed a complaint with the BBB. I would not recommend dealing with this company.
