I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased the so called ' lawn strimmer multi tool' it's the biggest load of trash imaginable. I purchased through Klarna who have supported me through out but nothing . I have sent emails - no response. The product is cheap plastic , not fit for purpose and totally ineffective. The company are not interested customer service none existent and to me have the markings of a scam company. Anyone reading this -pay extra and use a reputable company !!! I now have to speak as I find , the company has responded positively and offered a full refund + 15% of any future purchase. Thank you Abby

The weed eater itself powers through tough weeds and small brush. That being said, I really have nothing nice to say. The product itself is cheaply made and NO customer service. I will change if by some chance they address my problem. I am to a point where I just want to send this back to avoid the irritation. I have been trying to get a price on a replacement guard. I ran into some rocks that I was unaware of and the guard split out so it is unusable. I should not have to waste my time begging for customer service. I purchased the most expensive model. I am not asking for something free, I have continuously asked for a price. Lisa Brown

I ordered the 3-in1 trimmer. It worked, weakly, for less than 5 minutes. I immediately contacted the company, waited for over a week for a response. Thus began weeks of me asking for a return address to send it back, waiting forever for responses, only to be stalled over and over, with the company refusing to provide me with return instructions. I initiated a chargeback dispute with my CC company. Meanwhile, more stalling and stonewalling. I even had phone calls a company supposedly from my CC Co. (it wasn't, I checked) telling me the dispute would not be honored. iToolMax then started offering me 10, then 20, then 30% off while the dispute was ongoing. Every time, I refused and repeated my request for a return address and a full refund. I was finally awarded the chargeback and now I am not even required to return the crappy item- really stupid of the company. Because I am sure the company will see this review and claim to have no record of sales to me, I'm going to attempt a screenshot of my emails back and forth with them- not sure if I'll be able to do this. In any case, stay away from iToolMax, but if you do get one of their products- initiate a chargeback and stand your ground when the BS starts.

May 6 2026 . I ordered small garden lawn mower, when I paid for that product by my credit card. They got my money right away, however I didn’t get my small garden lawn mower as promised. I have been waiting 10 days and tried to reach them through costumer service link , but no response. No live person available at the live chat. Then I called to my credit card company and opened case for dispute. Two weeks later, I received email from Itoolmax , now they promised again their best service and asked me to cancel dispute. However I didn’t cancel dispute. On June 22 2026 , I received refund from them. Please aware, they are not responsible and ignored their customers needs. It’s was really spammed advertisement on Instagram, please stay away from them and don’t spend your money and time.

I have received the three and one and it is very poorly made, and I am not able to use it I first just due to my disability because I thought it would be easy. I have sent numerous messages by email by chat. I even tried their phone number. I have not received a single response back and they say they will respond in 24 hours. I just want to return this and get my refund. All of my messages have been within the 30 day thing and it is still in good condition. It’s in the box and ready to go.

J’apprécie beaucoup le siège , il est très pratique. Je m’en sers pour faire mon ménage et nettoyer. Il passe partout et les roues qui tournent à 360 degrés facilite grandement le déplacement.

I ordered the 12-Inch Electric Weed Wacker & Eater with Detachable 4-Wheel Base on July 11, 2026 for $216. It arrived on July 16th. I think the item was used as the box was pretty beat up and some of the parts came already assembled despite the instructions showing how to assemble. Once I finally got it together, I charged the batteries and took it outside for a test run. It turned on and only pushed the grass. Didn't cut ANYTHING!!! It's sooo flimsy and cheaply made. Their response time was good up until I've requested my severe dissatisfaction and wanting to return it. Crickets... I've sent 4 messages to at least 4 different emails requesting a full refund and can't get a response from anyone! SCAM!!!!! Don't waste your time or money on this garbage.
