WORST COMPANY EVER
WORST COMPANY EVER. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS. THEIR WEBSITE PROMISES A 30-DAY, MONEY BACK GUARANTEE, BUT THEY DON'T HONOR IT OR EVEN RESPOND TO REQUESTS. We didn't like the product and sent numerous emails asking for a refund the day after we got it. NO RESPONSE. Wrote a terrible review on Trust Pilot. Only then did they tell me to send photos and they would process the refund. Sent 14 photos. STILL NO REFUND OR RESPONSE FROM THEM. TERRIBLE COMPANY. NO INTEGRITY. AND PRODUCT WAS CHEAP.

Defective Weed Whacker -Poor Customer Service
Jot as advertised. Motor would not hold up under normal use. Battery would not stay charged. Had a hard time getting a response from Customer Service email. No telephone number to contact. Would not authorize return under 30 day return policy. Devise is defective and does not work. Finally got auth to return after i sent photos of devise but had to pay shipping for piece of crap. Never use this company for anything.

Poor quality and cero costumer service…
Poor quality and cero costumer service . You can’t even leave a google review. There is no way you can get a return label to get refund . This is a scam Chinese company that promises everything and products are really bad . Di not buy here .

Broken Baffle
If I could, I would give zero stars. The first time I used this weed wacker, I used it with the wheels. It doesn't work on uneven terrain. So, I removed the wheels and used it like a normal weed wacker without the wheels. One day, I was weed wacking some tall brush. When I went to change the blade, the baffle was broken. Tearing apart. I didn't bump on any rock or any fence. It just broke- where the wheels were supposed to be. There's another baffle and I didn't use it because it didn't say so on the directions it came with. So, I went ahead and contacted customer service to tell them I need a new baffle. They started to tell me that they needed an order number- which I don't have because I received this weed wacker as a gift. And the box it came in is the only proof I have. I wouldn't deal with Itoolmax. They're like flyby nights.

BUYER BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE WITH THIS COMPANY!!!@
UPDATE: I received an email stating they arr going to offer me a 15% discount from $178.50. Also, they offered for me to take pictures and show proof and send the lawnmower back at my expense. It came BROKEN and USED how was I supposed to use it. All I asked for was a replacement or my money back not 5% or 15% I want 100% of my money back. I purchased the small electric lawnmower on 07/11/2026. It came used and it didn't connect properly. I tried watching the YouTube instruction video as well as reading the instruction manual that came with the lawnmower, and it still did not work. It came broken where the screws did not line up. I tried emailing them with no response on 08/09/2026. I was still within my 30 days. I wish I never wasted my money with this company.
