Order #86531 was placed 11/01/2024, for 1 splitting tool and 2 six bladed fans. Received 1 splitting tool and 1 fan. Itoolmax says order is complete. Have emailed company twice regarding discrepancy, with no reply. Will be contacting my financial institution and Better Business Bureau regarding fraud. Itoolmax has contacted me requesting photos of the received item(s) to show missing parts. There are no missing parts. Two fans were ordered, only one was received. Order is not complete. Itoolmax is offering nothing to make good on order, no shipping of missing item or a refund.
