I ordered a lawn spiker. It took 2 months to turn up & when it did it was the wrong model. I reported it & it took 2 weeks to get a response. They offered me a discount but I said I needed the model I ordered or a refund. 2 weeks later, still no response. Shocking customer service, would never use again.

Don’t be tempted like me by the glossy demos online! It’s nothing like that! Arrived in box in small pieces. Requires lots of time to assemble, with very poor instructions. Wheels are only held by tiny bolt onto the plastic shield piece. This bends and flexes with the rolling action and wheels themselves don’t roll thru the grass! I expect the strain will break the fitting within first use!! I assembled it with the blade, but the (charged) battery gives so little power, even the blade barely cuts thru long grass on edges that my mower misses. Appliance comes with huge number of spares and cutting options, but to change from one to other you have to unbolt (another flimsy and vulnerable bolt) to change over. Not practical - you won’t do it. All these extra spares are a gimmick. The whole machine looks and feels like the cheapest Chinese rubbish copied down to the cheapest bits - don’t waste your money!

I ordered a cordless electric tiller on 4th October 2024 and it has not been delivered ( writing 8th November 2024) I have written multiple emails and the response is only that it has been shipped and I should wait. My last 3 emails citing my rights under the UK Consumer Act have been ignored, This item has cost me £140 plus shipping. Very disappointed as I needed this for my gardening business

This Company is a fraud! The good reviews they have are fixed! They are reviews put there by their people, because they know, they run a scam, to take your money. I purchased the edger, and informed them I purchased the wrong item. I did not use the tool. I contacted them for a refund. They were slow getting back to me, but I waited when they responded, they asked me to send the item back, I would be responsible for the shipping. I was OK with that.. But they said that I would only get 15% of 150.00 back. They wanted to give me back only $15 dollars of the $150 that I paid for the tool. In addition to that, they offer a 30 day refund time frame. In corresponding with this LLC and because of their poor response time, I feel like they were slow walking in returning correspondence to me, because they wanted to run the clock down, or the thirty day time frame return so they could release themselves from even giving me 15$ back from a $150 dollar purchase. They are a scam company, and they are pros at it. Don't buy from this LLC. They have their own interest of stealing money from people rather than being an honest company. These things you do to people, in stealing from them, it will come back to you. You will not always get away, from doing evil deeds. I had to go to my banking institution to be refunded for the Item that they would not give me back my money for.. They Know people will go to their banking institution. Even though I did not get my money back from them, they still kept that money from your purchase, and that is a shame. They are a SCAM, buyer BEWARE! IT IS ASHAME TO SAY YOU WILL GIVE A REFUND WHEN YOU KNOW YOU WILL NOT. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED, AND CORRECT YOUR BEHAVIOR. PEOPLE WORK HARD, AND NOT EVERYONE HAS A LOT OF MONEY. WE DON'T NEED PREDATORS LIKE YOU WHO ARE JUST A THIEF HIDING BEHIND AN LLC TO JUST MANUPULATE, TO STEAL FROM THE CONSUMER.. I WILL REPORT YOU TO THE (BBB)

Good service good quality product happy with my experience

The lawn in my yard hadn't been mowed for a long time. I used this machine to successfully mow a lot of weeds. It was very useful.

It's really easy to loosen the soil with the tiller, and I can fertilize my flowers effortlessly, but it needs to be mounted securely.

bought shelf support brackets. (£360 ) extremely poor quality, bracket failed even without load. Poor manufacture, poor quality materials used. See image in avatar company wont accept responsibility or replace......never again from internet.
