Received my 4 in 1 Cordless Weed Eater Pro on a Friday night, put it together. Used it Saturday for about 20 minutes, doing a great job. Then the plastic brackets that hold the head as well as the plastic brackets that hold the wheels broke. It has way too much torque for plastic brackets. I sent an email to the company Saturday, Monday, Tuesday, now Wednesday. Absolutely no response yet the website says 24 hour response. Cannot find a telephone number Help!

I placed an order on 25 may for a rechargeable pool cleaner and although I have sent several emails inquiring when it will be sent I have had no response the order number is #121065.

I ordered a lawn tool and it arrived damaged with no instructions and missing parts. I emailed their customer service immediately. It took multiple follow ups to get a reply. They sent a link to a YouTube video with instructions and a message that said the damage was due to shipping! That’s it. I’ve since sent 6 more requests asking for the information I need to return the unusable item. They won’t reply. Do not buy from the fraud of a company!!

I ordered two weeks ago and despite their website saying orders will be processed and despatched within 1-3 working days, I have not received any notification that my item has been despatched and there has been no reply to my emails asking for an update. I commented on one of their sponsored posts on Facebook to say the same and my comment was removed. I appreciate things in life and business don’t always go according to plan but some communication would help improve their customer satisfaction a great deal.
