Absolutely the worst company. First issue was one of the batteries wouldn't hold a charge. They never made good on that. I asked so many times for return instructions. They site says they guarantee but they don't. They sent me a tool that didn’t even last 30 days and I contacted them and they sent me another tool. A used very dirty tool that doesn’t work. You will be making a big mistake if you buy a tool from them. Received email saying to check my email they sent on my situation with them. I never received an email. So they have not resolved my issue.

This product does what it says it will do. Our chemical usage has reduced significantly. It is not obtrusive in the pool and at night is a pretty addition to the ambience. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered a pool vacuum on 614. Still no vacuum on 7/2. Customer service is all but no existent.

Multiple incidences of very slowly customer service response. No phone contact allowed and written responses don't address the issues and while my description of the issues are very clear they want videos of the problems. I cannot take videos while I'm holding and running the unit. Simply 1) it stops intermittently until it stops for good. My handy man discovered it can be started by turning the blade manually after it winds down. If you have one you know it takes a whole for it to wind down so drastically increases the time it takes to edge my property. Also, I have to use the metal blades because the plastic ones break when attempting to cut through bermuda grass. Worthless. And, the metal blades wear down so I have to use more than one each time I edge my property because it won't cut everything up to the concrete or brick or rock borders without touching them slightly. My old string edgers worked much better. They dont offer replacement packs of just the metal blade so I have to depend on the slow back and forth of customer service to order several replacements at a time. This company is NOT customer oriented.

This is a much better version than the 3-in-1 trimmer. I like it a lot!

I bought the 3 in one weed eater. I have a bad back along with several health issues. I like this little thing. It does the job I feel and I have been using it in 4” grass. Only thing I would change is to have on/off button. You have to hold button down while pulling the trigger to start I have fused thumb and it’s hard to do but I manage. Wouldn’t send it back just for that. So far so good. Really like the wheels!!!! It’s not a name brand but still for me it is “JUST Right”

Can’t give it negative numbers or I would. Got a cordless weedeater, was supposed to come with adjustable height wheels, extra blades, etc. none of that was included. Used 5 minutes, wheels broke off, vibrated so bad. Blade made out of cheap metal and bends easily. Got so hot the plastic case started to melt, 5 minutes.

Not at all like it is portrayed in the videos. Not power enough to cut through high thick grass.
