I ordered and received the irrigation system from itoolmax. The irrigation system is a life saver for keeping my vegetable garden watered consistently. It is simple to install and the quality is excellent.

Glad the irrigation system works well for your garden! Thanks for choosing iToolMax.

I ordered my itoolmax weed eater on July 4, 2025. I have only received order confirmation and my credit card was charged. I have written several emails with order number and have yet to get a response! I will never do this again! I believe they are a bogus company!

Hello Charlene, First of all, I sincerely apologize for this unsatisfactory shopping experience. Recently, due to the surge in order volume, there has been a large backlog of customer service emails, which has affected the response time. We are well aware of the inconvenience this has caused you. At present, the entire team is working overtime to handle every customer email to ensure that every customer's needs are taken seriously. We checked your order and it shows that it has been shipped. It is expected to be delivered in 3-5 days. If you have any urgent needs in the future, please feel free to contact us through online customer service at any time. During working days, we promise to respond within 24 hours. Thank you again for your understanding and support! iToolMax Team

They claim to have excellent customer service and provide an email to address any issues. I have emailed them four times regarding an issue and have yet to receive a response. I cannot recommend this company and would caution any potential customers.

Order #139975 Despite being advised that my order has been shipped it has not arrived. e-mails have not been responded to. To state that customer service is poor would be an understatement. It is non-existent.

Their warranty is an absolute lie. They will not let you return it. I bought the “professional 4 in 1 yard tool” absolute junk. Even the pieces that look like metal are plastic with a chrome paint. It also does not work. They give you a few pieces of plastic line that break off within minutes of using it. The “mower” wheels are not adjustable and cut the grass off at about 1”. They provide no customer service and will not respond to emails. I had to open a case with my credit card company. DON’T BUY IT.

I have used the itoolmax several times since I received mine. It works great! If you want a fast cleanup, this thing is perfect, but I used it for my whole 21ft pool (too lazy to drag the hose out) and loved the results!
Response from itoolmax.comJul 12, 2025
Glad you're loving the iToolMax! It's perfect for quick cleanups and even whole pools. Thanks for sharing your experience!

I made a mistake and was using the wrong charger. A lot of them look the same. My tiller is working great, I wished I had this 40 years ago. I would have enjoyed my garden much more.
Response from itoolmax.comJul 11, 2025
Glad your tiller is working well! Enjoy your garden.
