4D портативный массажёр для шеи и плеч
Увидела массажёр случайно. Симпатичные ручки! Приобрела в подарок для дочери. Попробовала сама. Отлично работает! Понравился! Куплю для себя обязательно! Спасибо!

DO NOT BUY
Unfortunately, I have to give one star. I would give ZERO if I could. I ordered a power shovel on 12-15-25. I have not received it, have gotten no shipping updates, nor have I gotten responses to the two emails I sent. They sure were quick to charge my credit card, though. I have contacted the credit card company, and the BBB is next.

I ordered the 16” power snow shovel and never received it
I ordered the 16” power snow shovel on 12/31/2025 and never received it. Order 189310. I’ve emailed more than once and never received any response as well. Think I’ve been duped? BBB reports this company maybe scamming people!!

No response for return
I emailed them multiple times regarding a return I needed to make. Ignored on all communication. Their site says to get approval to return by emailing them. I'm sure they will wait until my 30 day return policy is past and then tell me I can't return it.

This 4D portable Neck and shoulder…
This 4D portable Neck and shoulder massager is the top of the line compared to every single messager we've tried,I don't see my sister's much due to distance but when I do they always make me give them a knot cracking message using swedish massuse finger tip process which no one can keep up for more than 20 minutes without incredible pain, this 4D portable is better than any company, this one actually works from true experience,if you want someone special to receive pure extasy please give this model a try,I gain nothing from this only making this one of the best things they received in years!

Hi JC, Thank you so much for this fantastic review and your sincere recommendation! It means a lot to hear our 4D portable Neck and Shoulder Massager stands out from all the others you’ve tried, and that it delivers such a great experience—even better than a manual massage that’s hard to keep up with! We’re thrilled it’s become one of the best gifts your loved ones have received in years. Thank you for sharing your genuine experience with us and other shoppers. Happy relaxing! The ItoolMax Team

Snowblowing With Ease
I originally had an issue with delivery by ItoolMax's carrier. I contacted them by email and they took care of the problem and got the snowblower to us in a few days after that. I've only had one 4 inch snowfall to test this on and it handled the snow perfectly. In fact, my wife wanted to try it out and she had no problem moving the snow off our driveway by herself. The battery didn't lose much power and we did have the second battery charged as a backup just in case. Very pleased with this 16 inch Snowblower. Highly recommend it.

Hi Chris, Thank you so much for your detailed review and recommendation! We’re sorry for the initial delivery hiccup, and we’re thrilled we could resolve it promptly and get the snowblower to you quickly. It’s awesome to hear the 16-inch snowblower worked perfectly for your 4-inch snowfall, and that even your wife found it easy to operate. Great to know the battery held up well too! We truly appreciate your support, and hope it continues to serve you well all winter long! Best regards, The ItoolMax Team
